NO HOT WATER! We are on the way home after 16 nights at Hilton’s. This was advertised as a 3 star hotel and a step above our stay at Hampton by Hilton.It was our most expensive hotel and by far the worst! A restaurant on site was supposedly an upgrade but it was an extra charge which we didn’t use. Sports teams were staying and the noise was very irritating. The coffee maker was a nice touch but that’s the only thing we found as an amenity. We will never return and I advise to look elsewhere for lodging. We reported this to the front desk and they apologized but that meant really little to nothing.

Love the staff here, they are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly comfortable and decently spacious. I felt like they were very clean and had no complaints. There's a really good hotel restaurant attached.

Rooms were nice and clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable after 2 hours in bed we both had bad back ache. The room above us were jumping and running around making it hard to sleep. Very noisey until 3am. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and it was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel at all. 1st Update: Chris you are correct you did take care of our breakfast, which we already paid for in the price of our room rate. I did this post before I talked to you. We asked to be moved because of the people staying above us and we were thinking that just maybe if we had our own bed it might be a little more comfortable. 2nd update: we spoke to the front desk about moving us and he said as soon as one got cleaned he would. After Chris seen this post he called my wife and advised us there was no rooms available. We checked on line and it showed there was rooms available. Chris was very rude because of my post, he keep saying why did you make that post after I thought I took care of everything, well not everything Chris we asked to be moved. We had our daughter call the hotel and ask if there was any rooms that were double queens available and was told yes and guess who answered and told her that, yes it was you CHRIS. I would love to talk to the owner or top man over this hotel.

We just returned from a 10 day trip and this was easily the best hotel we stayed at the entire trip. Very clean, new facility. The halls and rooms still had that new smell, even though the property is 3 years old. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mason, who checked us in. The room was really well appointed, with nice features like night lights and low-intensity bedside lights. I really appreciate the fact that they put the shower head on the opposite wall from the controls -- you can turn on the shower without getting an unwanted cold spray. Although we didn't take advantage of it, the fitness center has a great setup. The on-site restaurant (Fuzzy's) has a good selection and nice bar.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this Hilton property and would strongly advise against staying here or enjoying a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Before my visit, I confirmed that I could work out of the lobby as a Hilton Honors member (formerly Diamond). Upon arrival, the staff member I spoke to on the phone greeted me and I set up my workstation. However, when I asked for the WiFi code, I was informed that WiFi was only available to paying guests—something I had never encountered at a Hilton. With a meeting scheduled in just five minutes, I was told to use my mobile hotspot instead, which was completely useless due to the abysmal connectivity in the area. Despite speaking with the same staff member who had previously assured me, no solution was offered. I also spoke to her colleague, Mason about the situation and he either refused to provide me her name or didn’t know it (how can you not know the name of the people you work with)? This experience was a complete failure of Hilton's usual standards, I left beyond frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning and caution others against staying here if they expect the level of service Hilton Brand is known for.
