Apr 24, 2025 · David DuranThe location was convinent, right next to Watterson Expressway and lots of shopping. The hotel has a nice lobby with bar and food. Staff was very friendly. I also love the online checkin with the digital key on your phone. The room had some issues. The laminate floor was coming up, making for a weird walking experience (the room has laminate flooring with a rug, not carpet.) The faucet in the bathroom was coming loose, so I had to hold the base of the faucet when I was turning it on or off.

There was only one employee at the desk.There were several people waiting in line. Under the circumstances, this particular employee was very patient. Understanding and very kind, he helped every individual who was waiting in line, desperately awaiting to be roomed. I have been to many motels/hotel because I travel a lot. This particular Hilton was very impressive. Very clean and organized, the staff was extremely helpful. I have a very impatient son, and their pool was actively working until 10 o'clock, which was very relaxing for us. Everything was functionable, clean organized very accessible. They have a bar except for after hours, but if you arrive after hours, they have, uh like a little store that has beer and wine frozen dinners chips coffee. which is very nice for me because I was so stressed when I first arrived. That I need something to take the edge off. my son was hungry? And because of all the snow, we weren't.
