And left within a half hour of arriving. Dead bugs on the ceiling, stains on the ceiling from the room above us, holes in the doors and walls, bad repair jobs The key to our room didn't even work, so he had to manually let us in, then said he couldn't fix it, so I'd we wanted to go to dinner he would have to let us in with his master key because none would work. ***He didn't offer another room at that point*** The sing didn't drain, the floors were unvacuumed, counter tops had cup stains from the last guests. When my husband went to get ice, they didn't have a machine. The man at the counter just took our bucket and filled it with ice from a bag behind the counter. We don't know if he used his bare hands or not, but a utensil wasn't evident. When we went to the counter after getting another hotel, and I mentioned all of these things to him. The key problem especially bothered me. The fact he could get in and out of our room, and we couldn't, and needed him to let us in. After all of this, he said we had the ONLY dirty room, and he would be happy to give us one of their *clean* ones. I said we already got a new hotel, and he said we would not be getting a refund. We swallowed the $80-$90 and are staying somewhere that doesn't make my skin crawl.

Best thing: Beds are fabulous. Super comfortable and huge. Worst: Staff First of all, there should be some way to verify the validity of a review because it makes me so mad seeing all the fake ones on a place like this. Second, how can one justify holding any amount of money from a guests bank account for "incidentals," when the hotel does not offer anything defined as "incidental." No breakfast, no pool, no visits from housekeeping, no discount. The beds are wonderful but not worth the hassle. The guy at the desk asked my friend what room she was going AND how long she was staying, which - and it's just my opinion - I find completely out of line. To get fresh towels and linens I had to take them to the desk to exchange them. The place has great potential, but they shouldn't be charging for what they could be. I guess they couldn't operate if they charged for where they're at currently though.

This place is terrible. I’ve stayed at plenty of 2-3 star hotels and never been this disgusted and uncomfortable. In fact you’re better off staying at the red roof inn next door. I actually delivered here for doordash before staying here. I did not realize it was the same place when I booked online or I would have NEVER. Don’t let the lobby fool you. The elevator has bullet holes, multiple on its walls. The halls are depressing. Then, when I got into my non-smoking room, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke. I noticed that a child’s toy had been left on the gross looking couch; meaning they clearly didnt clean the room well. Upon further inspection, there was a hair in the sheets, the controls for the air conditioner were filthy, the microwave clearly hdnt been cleaned as if had food remains all over it and then…… I went into the bathroom. The towels smelled like cigarettes. And as I looked around I noticed what appeared to be blood splatter on the ceiling. There was the same substance on the outlets below, a drip on the door and on the outside of the tub. Of course I reported it & I will give them points I suppose for immediately offering a full refund. Regardless, the hotel is very sketchy. Bad vibes. &&& DIRTY

The room was nice and affordable but lacking cleanliness. Was grateful they worked with my third shift schedule and offered a place I could rest near my work without charging me extra for needing the room during the day instead of at night

Wow. Just, wow. I received a 140$ charge pending separate from my deposit and my hotel fee after checking in, there was no mention of this during the check in process. My friend who used this hotel before said they never got a charge like that and must have been made in error. I have no pets, I mentioned that to the guy at the desk. Finally managed to get a hold of someone over the phone I asked as politely as possible, they ask for my room number then tell me one moment, I can hear them having a conversation in the back then they hang up. How nice. I took pictures of the form I signed, no mention of any reason they'd take 140$, only thing I can see as to why they'd charge is notices on the desk saying they'd charge for early check ins before 3pm, I checked in at 5:30pm, not a early check in. Saved the screenshot of the charge as well and disputing this after they so rudely hung up on me. I tried to be nice about this, all they had to do was just explain or fix it. Edit: so they admit the 140$ was a mistake, refused to fix it saying I had to wait another 7 days, so I take matters into my own hand call my banking customer service to do a dispute, all they had to give them was the item # for the confirmation number, refused to do even that. I had to run down and ask them to show me so I can tell it to the customer service. Thought it was all fixed out, finally got my money back, now they have 140$ in pending being sent to me and they keep charging my account for 140$ over 6 times!!! Had to call my bank and block all transactions from them. Never going there again, this has been the worst. Such incompetence is going to land them in hot water, filed this nonsense to the FTC so hopefully that will fix them.
