My experience here was a few years ago, but after I started leaving more Google reviews I just had to come back here to leave my thoughts. Me and friend were traveling from Maine to Mass for a 2 day exploration adventure. Unfortunately, neither of us were at the 21 year range during our trip (I was 20). We called at least 25 different hotels, and NONE of them would let us check into their rooms without being 21. We thought we'd have to turn around at the end of the to make a 4 hour trip back to our home town in Maine when this hotel stepped in and told us they'd let us stay. The manager of the hotel personally called me back to offer us a room for the night, which was another 2 hours out from where we were in Boston (with traffic accounted for). Upon arrival, not only did it feel welcoming, but it was the one of the best hotel experiences we could've asked for. Hot tub, comfy beds, great views of the Hall of Fame, and so much more! We thanked the hotel for their generosity and for blowing us away with in incredible experience. We will certainly be coming back next time we're in the area, and I couldn't recommend this enough. Customer service is beyond 5 stars and the whole experience was a dream. Thank you again!!

Apr 22, 2025 · Jacob HinchliffeOh, Hilton. I was honestly surprised at my level of disappointment and disgust. I am an Honors member and have stayed at a number of Hiltons and Hampton Inns over the years. I made the mistake of assuming that a Hilton so close to the Basketball Hall of Fame would be top tier, especially in Easter weekend. First, it was under construction. Had I known that I probably would not have booked a room. From a business standpoint, I get it. You would lose sales so avoiding mentioning it on the website was probably to avoid a dip in sales. However, this location does not have a separate freight elevator. Construction men, with their dirty equipment, wood planks, and more joined me on the elevator a number of times. I pushed my mother's wheelchair over hazardous, temporary floorboards. Our handicap accessible room did not have a door that auto opened, so we had to struggle with the wheelchair upon entrance and exit despite pushing the button on the door that did absolutely nothing, our entire stay. The Guide button on the TV remote did not work so I had to literally go through every single channel to see what was on television. In fact, at one point I had to write down the channels on my phone just to be able to use the television with kess frustration. It's 2025, and the television had no movie channels, no streaming apps, and zero cast features. On top of that, I was placed on the 4th where the ice machine was out of order. I have a heart condition and do not have the ability to go to other floors to access those ice machines on a whim. The outlets next to the bed upon entering the room did not work! And I was told the walkway to the Unos next door was not available because it was filled with mattresses and other hotel materials. This is totally unacceptable for an establishment that charges nearly $200 per night! The staff was kind and understanding and reduced my first night's stay by 50%. If my handicap mother were not with me, I would have checked out on day 1. What a horrible stay.
Apr 23, 2025 · Natasha Zena ClarkI am writing this years after staying at this hotel because I can't forget what happened when my family and I stayed here. We were going to an amusement park and this hotel was the nicest one within a reasonable distance. As soon as my husband and I and our 2 children checked into our room my husband decided to go get something to drink and left us in the room, as soon as he left some girl walked into our room heading straight for our suitcases on the bureau when you walk in and did not see us at first sitting on the beds. She noticed a few seconds later and turned and left. I immediately called the front desk and the girl that answered said that she must have just made a mistake. The more I thought about it after we left I realized that this girl was probably a housekeeper and had done this before, she of course had a key that fits all the doors and the girl at the front desk must have been in on their scam. I did read one review that said that their expensive ear phones were missing from their room so I suspect that this is an ongoing situation.
May 14, 2025 · Andrea BrownDuring the last couple months I've stayed here several times for work. My experiences have been that it's a typical small-medium sized town HGI. No problems or anything unexpected. 21
May 05, 2025 · ClintBianca and Adam were great. I had an issue with parking my truck across at the fuel stop. Once I talked to them both, and explained everything, they took it upon themselves to make sure the security guard and the owner of the security company for the parking lot knew that I was a guest there. Great place to stay with great hospitality!!!!
