Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly and understanding. It’s rare to see such dedicated service, and it made a big difference in my experience. Room: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. This hotel is under renovation and very understaffed. Room was clean but refrigerator did not work at all and heating unit sounded like a jet engine every time it cycled on. Breakfast was not up to par. The cooler smelled like sour milk, coffee tasted bad (maybe bad creamer?), no microwave to warm things up, no tea options. Tables were not wiped down between guests. Our ice bucket was dirty (appeared to have chocolate sauce on it). Front desk staff was absent. Could not report the breakfast area problems as there was no staff to report it to. At least shower was hot and pressure good. Room and linens were clean.

First time staying here and I've got to say I'm pretty pleased. Great breakfast buffet, clean rooms, very quiet, respectful and professional staff except for the brunette lady that works in the morning. Very rude and beyond unprofessional, not sure how she still has a job. Other than her the hotel is great and definitely recommend.

Thought this was the old best Western sovereign hotel..turns out I was way wrong when I booked. The place is a dump.... the window heater will wurr all night to wake you up and make you change your room at 4am. All the worst fun you'd ever want. If you want to stay in a rat hole book here but I think you deserve better.

Stood here for the big E! Very nice hotel, very quiet area. A/C works great. Breakfast was ok wish there were more options but it was decent. Only complaint was all of the bugs outside the room windows. Had about 6 big spiders outside the window each night which made me a little uncomfortable, a bunch of spiderwebs heard that in other reviews as well.. otherwise room was very clean. Staff was very accommodating.
