Great location right on a walking trail and close to big stores/restaurants. Hotel room met expectations for a Holiday Inn. We were pleased with the service at the front desk when we arrived, but disappointed at our breakfast experience. There were dirty dishes stacked all over the tables so it was hard to find a clean one to sit down on. The front lobby was even out of self-serve coffee. We ended up clearing and wiping down a table for ourselves. Seemed very understaffed, and the one girl who was working was very apologetic. Overall the hotel seemed like they could use a few extra staff members.

Jun 17, 2025 · H and A GomezI had trouble checking in due to a miscommunication on my company’s end, but David was able to provide excellent customer care and helped me get a room and solved my issue within 20 minutes. During the 20 minute wait, he provided me with water and a comfy place to sit and relax was the room was being prepared. The hotel room was clean and spacious, hotel staff was very friendly and helped me locate my room, and again, David was awesome. I will definitely request this Holiday inn location the next time I’m in the area. Thank you very much David and crew, yall are doing a great job here!
May 27, 2025 · Phillip Nguyen (Phillip Nguyen)The staff here are very nice. In the room, the curtains are very bad, at least the room we stayed in. They had red stains on them, not that it really matters. But there is a decent amount of light pollution outside of the hotel, especially on the front side. The curtains do not do a good job at all darkening the room, so if you are sensitive to light when sleeping like I am, look elsewhere. The ice bin in our room looks like it had not been washed in months, and they did not provide a plastic bag liner. The breakfast ends at 10 which is kinda wack, wish it was longer. Coffee throughout the day which is nice. The breakfast kitchen didn’t even have waffle batter/waffle maker. What hotel doesn’t have a waffle maker? Lastly the rooms have like 2 towels when you go in. That’s it. I know you can ask for more but it should already be stocked up.
May 15, 2025 · Chuck CI would highly recommend this hotel. We were in town for a 4-H competition Friday and Saturday. My daughter got so sick on Saturday morning at 3am. We went downstairs and spoke to a very amazing young man by the name of Bailey. He was so helpful and allowed us to change rooms. We offered to clean up the mess but he told us it was okay and to not worry about it. He was so kind and helpful and understanding. We would definitely stay there again!!
Feb 10, 2025 · Stephanie HallThere was only one person, who was “new” for check in so the wait was long. My tv didn’t work in my room, so I had to be switched to another room because the check in guy didn’t know how to fix it because he was the only one working (on a holiday weekend). The pool wasn’t available for us to use as they were completely renovating it. On the first day of our 3 day paid breakfast everything cold and disgusting. There were no clean tables and only one person working. We didn’t eat there again. They have little to no parking. They rented out their restaurant so it was ridiculous with no parking and the gathering of people in and out of the building. The second day our room smelled like paint (we were above the pool they were renovating) it was so bad we had to check out early. The man wouldn’t check me out because he wasn’t “allowed to” until the morning. I had to reach out to corporate to explain everything. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will never stay at this location again.
