The location is nice. Quiet and walkable. The hotel staff are pleasant. The rooms are dirty. Dirty pimple stickers everywhere. Mystery spills and sprays on everything. Pillows smell of perfume. Dishes are greasy. Microwave has a dish of maybe bacon grease in it. Sinks do not drain at all. Make up and or dirt on walls and doors. The floors are so dirty! No bedding for spare bed. Room controls don’t work. Other than that. . .
Jun 13, 2025 · Kate HaganMy wife and I stopped here on a road trip, just an overnight. I like Hilton anyway, and chose this hotel because they showed an available accessible room with a roll-in shower, important to us as my wife uses a power wheelchair. There are rooms advertised as accessible that barely fit with a wheelchair. This room works really well, plenty of space for her to drive around, including into the bathroom. The room and hotel overall are spotless, the lobby has a breakfast bar and an actual bar, lots of places to sit, inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On top of everything else, the hotel is located right next to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, including a Kroger grocery store and ABC liquor. Super convenient.
Apr 07, 2025 · Jim EarpA room that big (king suite) should have a stove top in it for cooking. Otherwise, the place was beautiful. Pool temp was perfect. Breakfast selection good. Loved that it was off the beaten path, but close to the shopping
Jun 05, 2025 · Roz BooneOur stay at this hotel for my daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Malik at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome and even accommodated an early check-in, which was so thoughtful. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family . We appreciated the attention to detail and comfort provided. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, offering something for everyone to enjoy. What truly stood out was the ability to host our post-graduation celebration in the hotel lobby. It was such a convenient and ideal space for our family and friends to gather and celebrate this special occasion. The location was another highlight—close to Virginia Tech and right next to a shopping center with plenty of stores and restaurants, making everything so accessible. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it by an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area—outstanding service, great amenities, and a perfect location!
Dec 21, 2024 · Ifey UtahRm#127 12/3-12/4 I would not recommend this hotel. Was not a fun experience at all and we even upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite to have extra room for our little one. When we arrived we could not find any glasses until we realized most stuff was still sitting in the dishwasher from prior guests. Trash bags were just laid at the bottom of the trash like I was expected to set that up. Worst of all the shower was broken and not working at all. When I brought up these concerns with the front desk the only offer was for her to come and look at the shower. By this time it was late and my toddler was sleeping so I declined, she wasn’t in maintenance or engineering and admitted to not knowing anything about the showers. No offer to remedy the situation. The smoke detector in the room was also flashing a bright white light all night which was frustrating. Lastly the ac unit in each room was completely a different temperature. Hot in our room cold in the kitchen/living space. Also brought this up in the morning to a new person at the front desk and only response I received was “don’t worry we won’t charge you for the broken shower”. Like thanks? Still no apology. Don’t recommend.
