I reserved a large room twice in the past year for my elderly parents and after this last visit they will never be returning ! The room was not clean and smelled musty , very dated . Dust on the tables , no trash bags or trashcan in the kitchen , no utensils in the kitchen , webs on the patio , very dirty windows , the swimming pool support bar was extremely loose and my father about fell when he held on for support , the tv and phones did not work upon arrival , the key for the room stopped working for entry , breakfast was terrible.( disgusting fake eggs) My parents both suffer from heart issues and become confused easily . When I stopped in to see them I must of traveled up and down the elevator four times resolving issue's . The front desk person treated every issue with little care . This entire experience felt like a cheap motel . Very disappointing .

The front desk staff was very nice and not responsible for the 1 star. But they charge $15.99 for what is normally a free continental breakfast. We tried it because we didn’t want to drive anywhere. All the food was cold and sub par. No juice machine so we were served 1 glass of OJ and never saw the server again. Our room wasn’t cleaned after our first night so we had to go to front desk to get towels. I would think for the price you could get a room somewhere else and be happier

Came here to pick up my grandmother from her room & take her out shopping. I walked around for a bit and I have bad social anxiety & the lady at the front desk was staring at me and I could not find the elevators, so I walked over to her and politely asked if there were elevators or if I had to use the stairs. She looked me dead in the eyes and just said "yeah there's elevators". Nothing else, no direction. I get it might've been a stupid question but there is no reason to be rude. I then ask her where the elevators are and she asks if im "even staying here" and demands to know where I am going and what room I am going to. She spoke to me like I was stupid. My grandma proceeded to tell me that they have been rude to her and her family the entire stay as well. Very bad experience, I do not recommend spending any money here as the staff will treat you like you are dumb

I stayed there Nov. 7-12 1st 2 nights no issues. I noticed the dry area was in need of a fix so I went out and got a humidifier from Best Buy. Next 2 nights were more comfortable with the higher humidity in the room. On the way home I opened my bill and realized I was charged an extra $450 per night for the last 2 nights. The automated vape/smoke detector set off that someone had vaped/smoked in the room. I do not smoke or vape and finally deduced that since the humidifier was the only difference. When the Hotel GM returned my call He apologized and stated there is nothing he can do with my bill. An independent company runs the automated smoke/vape detection system. My only option was to dispute with my CC company. Well unless you wanna spend months fixing a bill my advice do not stay here.

This was the worst check-in experience I have ever had. I checked in on the night of 3/7, and the receptionist was chewing gum without greeting me or offering any welcome. She just waited for me to speak first and seemed more focused on her phone in the office back by sitting there When I started talking to her, I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she was constantly chewing gum. I asked, “Sorry?” and she just responded with “Huh?” I had to ask her to repeat herself at least twice. She didn’t explain anything—she just prepared the key card envelope and tossed it to me. I was upset about how I was treated, but I was too tired to argue and moved on. Please train your reception staff properly. Additionally, when I checked out, my receipt showed a charge of $6,963.99, but the hotel actually charged me $7,675.44. If I hadn’t double-checked, I would have been overcharged by nearly $800! I will never stay at this hotel again.
