So let me just start off with compared to the other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at in Atlanta this place is a bit low to me. Like I don’t wanna be rude but I had a headache staying here the entire time. THE ONLY REASON I PICKED THIS HOTEL WAS FOR THE CONNECTING ROOMS DID I GET THAT, NO! I could have stayed elsewhere for side by side rooms. I wanted connecting rooms found this hotel went down stairs and told him they were not connected and he asked if I requested it!!? Ummm yes was i suppose to remind him when i checked in!? Then was told the only connecting rooms available were a king room and a queen room. So I was sad/upset about that. Then, Trying to figure out how to park is a joke Parking is ghetto it’s like playing Tetris to get your car in mind you there’s only one way in and out so you will almost run into some in this tight parking garage. So here is the rest. -I also thought it would have a pool this is the first Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at without one so I guess I should have definitely looked better. -Bums everywhere btw, they lock their front door and have to buzz you in just so they don’t wander in. -No pillows or blankets for the pullout couch by the time we figured that out it was late and we didn’t fill like waiting good thing we brought a blanket -Carpet is sticky in spots so bring slides or bedroom shoes because your feet will feel gross. - I hope you’re not trying to get a good night sleep here because it sounds like cars constantly street racing. Strong smells of weed from ppl smoking outside. Don’t open your window. We cracked it and quickly closed it. - housekeeping knocked on the door multiple times even though we had late checkout. So I guess they don’t communicate that with them - My mother and my son both fell in the shower it’s mad slippery because all the grip has worn off in the bottom so be careful. Once she fell there are barely grips on the tub and on the grips in the tub was dirt 🤢 -Don’t expect a hot shower it’s mid at best -The elevators take absolutely forever like I timed 6 min waiting and decided to take the stairs I was so frustrated. This is just my experience so I hope anyone who stays here has a better one.
For those in Atlanta seeking "Hotels Near Of Me," especially for an extended stay or when preferring the amenities of a suite, Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown presents itself as an option situated right in the vibrant Midtown district. Located at 975 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA, this hotel is designed to offer a comfortable and functional base, whether for business or leisure. You can contact them at (404) 876-5003 or +1 404-876-5003.
The environment of Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown, being in a bustling urban area, is characterized by its compact yet efficiently utilized space. Guests have noted that despite the hotel's compact nature, it makes excellent use of the given space. Being in Midtown means guests are within walking distance of numerous attractions, restaurants, and the Midtown MARTA station, providing direct access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and other key areas. However, the urban setting also comes with challenges. Some guests have reported noise from outside, including sounds of street racing, and strong smells of smoke, suggesting that keeping windows closed is advisable for a quieter and fresher indoor experience. The hotel takes security seriously, with the front door often locked, requiring a buzz-in for entry, which provides an added sense of safety for guests. The general cleanliness of the hotel is a recurring theme, with guests often remarking that it "smelled clean and looked clean," though some isolated instances of sticky carpets have been mentioned, indicating variability within individual rooms.
The services at Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown are geared towards convenience and guest satisfaction, particularly for longer stays. A key service highlight, frequently praised by guests, is the complimentary breakfast. It's described as a "free hot breakfast" with a variety of choices, including options to build your own breakfast sandwich, along with favorites like potato pancakes and pastries. A specific mention by a guest lauded the lady running the breakfast as "the absolute BEST," highlighting her excellent service and the quality of the oatmeal she prepared, making guests feel as if they were in a dine-in area. This suggests a strong emphasis on hospitality during the breakfast service. Other services include a 24-hour front desk, dry cleaning/laundry services, and daily housekeeping, although some guests have reported issues with housekeeping communication regarding late check-out. For those with pets, the hotel is pet-friendly, though fees and weight limits apply. Free WiFi is available in both rooms and public areas, catering to connectivity needs.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown boasts several features aimed at enhancing the guest experience. As an all-suite hotel, it provides spacious accommodations, many of which include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, utensils, and real china place settings. This is a significant advantage for travelers who prefer to prepare their own meals, especially during extended stays. While comfortable beds are generally expected, some reviews suggest inconsistencies with room amenities, such as a lack of pillows or blankets for pullout couches, which guests might need to request. A notable absence, pointed out by a guest, is a swimming pool, which might be a consideration for those traveling with families or who value this amenity. The fitness center, however, is available for guests to maintain their workout routines. A key feature that receives frequent and often critical feedback is the parking garage. Described as "tiny, cramped, ghetto," and like "playing Tetris," with only one way in and out, it poses challenges for vehicle maneuverability and can lead to near-collisions. Despite the parking fee, guests have expressed concerns about its condition, although the buzzed-in entry provides a sense of security for parked vehicles, with the hotel displaying "park at your own risk" signs. It's also been mentioned that shower bottoms can be slippery due to worn grips, requiring caution, and hot water can be inconsistent, being "mid at best." Elevator wait times have also been a point of frustration for some guests, leading them to opt for stairs.
From a promotional standpoint, Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown leverages its brand as an all-suite hotel, emphasizing the comfort and convenience of in-room kitchens and separate living spaces, ideal for extended stays. The complimentary hot breakfast is a significant draw, offering substantial value. Its prime Midtown location, within walking distance to popular attractions like the Fox Theatre, Georgia Institute of Technology, Piedmont Park, and the Midtown MARTA station, is a major selling point for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's pet-friendly policy also appeals to a specific segment of travelers. While the reviews highlight some areas for improvement, particularly regarding parking and certain room amenities, the overall value proposition lies in the spacious accommodations, inclusive breakfast, and convenient location. The hotel also partakes in Hilton Honors programs, which can offer additional benefits to loyal guests. The focus on providing a "home away from home" experience through its suite offerings and essential amenities positions it well for travelers seeking more than a standard hotel room in Atlanta.

Apr 07, 2025 · Mia NixonWe booked this room last minute to rest over night before we hit the freeway. The hotel is really compact. I can say that BUT they made a great hotel in the space given. The parking area is the only downfall. You did have to get buzzed in to park which gave us a sense of security but the signs throughout the parking lot and hotel stating “park at your own risk “ had me a bit nervous. Nonetheless our truck was not damaged or touched. It was just a doozy getting in and out. The hotel was stocked with every single thing that we needed and it smelled clean and looked clean. The lady who runs the breakfast was the absolute BEST she needs a raise and bonuses. She made me and my husband some of the BEST oatmeal EVER. She does a great job. She makes you feel as if you’re in a dine-in area. Give that lady her stars. She’s great!!
Feb 17, 2025 · quawana powellOur room wasn’t cleaned the second day as guaranteed. We inquired about the missed service in the late afternoon upon returning, and were told the cleaning people had already left for the day. We asked for clean towels and toilet paper, had to wait a long time and asked again. We received clean towels and 3 partially used rolls of toilet paper and were told they were out of toilet paper. We took our dirty towels to the linen drop and emptied our own trash. Long waits for the 2 small elevators that are shared by the cleaning crew; took the stairs up to the 7th floor several times. There was no where to obtain fresh water or refill water bottles. We were told we had to purchase water from the front desk. The gym filtered water dispenser was broken. Reception staff was hit or miss, some were friendly and helpful, others seemed annoyed when you approached the desk. Would not stay here again.
Mar 30, 2025 · Natasha WiederholtThe location and rooms were great but there was a minor issue with the bill, my personal card was charged instead of the provided corporate card. Lots of places to eat within walking distance a Publix 2 blocks away.
May 20, 2025 · Orbra WorthamThe hotel, service and room were great. I would have given it five stars, except the parking was God awful. The parking garage was rediculous if you drive anything bigger then a Toyota corolla. You can't park in there. It is so small. Practice your 3 point turns.
