I booked this hotel through Chase Travel and did not have a vehicle to park so there should be no charges for parking. When I arrived, I was told by the front desk attendant that the credit card machine was down so he would need to write my credit card information down. First red flag. I was really against this but having just flown into town and already paid for this hotel through Chase Travel, I really didn't have a choice. I figured they'd need a card on file in case of incidentals. I checked into my room which I found nice and clean. Also, the hotel is in a good location. I was pleased with my stay. However, the customer service at this place is non-existent. Upon check out, I visited the front desks to confirm nothing was needed from me. Yesterday, 3.12.25, I was checking my transactions to my CC to find 7 charges from Residence Inn. Two for $243.64 (the price of my stay which was already paid for through ChaseTravel) and one for $134 (Two nights of parking, when I didn't park. I didn't have a car to park!). 3 charges were for $1. I called the hotel to rectify these bogus charges. I was passed off to the manager which assured me these would be taken care of. She was the only professional associate throughout this entire exchange. This morning, I checked to see if these charges had been taken care of. An additional charge for my stay is still on my acct. When I called back, I spoke to the same associate that transferred me to the manager yesterday. After telling him that I was told these charges were supposed to be taken care of, he began talking over me and hung up in my face! Unacceptable behavior, blatantly rude and not worth the trouble. Protect your money, don't stay here.

Mar 13, 2025 · Nathan EtheredgeStaff is very friendly and attentive. Hotel and room are clean and nice. No complaints about anything... But the breakfast! Worst hotel breakfast ever. Eggs were literal powder. Everything else was dripping in grease. There was syrup in a pitcher and packets, but nothing to put it on. The oatmeal was literally hard as a rock. There was this huge toppings bar (like a dozen toppings, dessert sauces, etc--in addition to the oatmeal toppings) but not sure what they go on? Everything was always almost empty. Buffet closes at 9:30am. At 9am stuff was almost empty. At 9:15 stuff WAS empty but not refilled. By 9:25 the guy was following people around to get them out, and pulling the door panels shut one at a time. Loved the water/coffee station, and being able to fill our water bottles any time. Loved the cold brew. Would stay there again for sure based on the kind staff and pretty property, but would go out for breakfast!
Feb 17, 2025 · Mary HowardPaul checked us in on a Sunday afternoon. He was pleasant and helpful. All the staff were very friendly and professional. It is valley parking only $45/day. The room was big and very clean. However the bathtub is shaped awkward so you have to be careful getting in and out.

From the moment I arrived after a long overnight flight, Linda was there to greet me with such warmth and kindness. She was incredibly accommodating and made me feel genuinely welcome, setting the tone for an amazing stay. Nova was another standout—her bubbly, outgoing personality was infectious. She regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. And then there was Jercy—what an absolute gem! Her warm smile and friendly personality lit up the room. She took the time to connect with me on a personal level, and our conversations made me feel right at home. The entire team made me feel like more than just a guest. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care turned my stay into a truly memorable experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back! Thank you, Linda, Nova, and Jercy, for making my stay unforgettable!
