I ordered a room for a woman and her children via Booking com. It was an emergency situation. Upon check in I received a call from her telling me she was being charged a $250 deposit. Huh? I just paid nearly $450 for 3 nights! I asked to speak to the concierge on duty for an explanation and was told because I live in town. I grumbled that I should cancel and he was too quick to oblige me by saying I'd have to go through Booking.com and would have to wait x amount of days for a refund. I arrived at the hotel within 15 minutes of the call to pay the $250 deposit and take a look at the room. Much to my surprise I was met by immediate eye sores. I snapped a few pics to show the concierge and watched as his initial impatience turned to humility. Impressive. I'm glad I had to arrive onsite because if not I am almost certain I would have been charged for the obvious eye sores. Will I book again? Yes. Was their stay enjoyable? Yes. Breakfast good? Yes.

When I ask for a vacuum they hand me a broom to sweep with now and the broom comes up to my knee. When you ask staff for items they say they don't have it, and most of the staff is rude and on there phone or complaining about being here nobody wants to here those things from a Hilton hotel and we're diamond members

Otherwise, very disappointing visit (didn’t stay). It’s a new establishment, but when we arrived in our room, the carpets certainly hadn’t been clean as there was dog food and other unknown debris on the floor. None of the faucets or high traffic areas had been cleaned. The refrigerator was gross. I was going to request to have to them clean the room (I would even have cleaned it myself as it had been a long day of traveling), but after really inspecting the room, we determined that we wouldn’t be able to get a sound night of sleep there and it didn’t feel hygienic. Again, the gentleman at the front desk was amazing and trying to run the entire place on his own (give that man a raise and some help)!

First, I had to clean the remote control because it had sticky oily stain. Small sweat! The king size bed had only 3 pillows on it. Normally, there should be at least 4 pillows on a king sized bed (a pair per person due to the soft-flat nature of hotel pillows). The pullout bed had no pillows. I requested for 5 extra pillows (a pair each for 3 people, and 2 extra for medical side supports). They gave me 3 instead claiming that's all they could find. Really??? Meaning, they finally standardized the number of pillows after my request, and asking for extra is not something expected or honored in this place. I had a horrible night here at a high rate of $165 per night. As I write this review, I am painfully awake with neck and side pains unable to sleep, because the hotel couldn't give me an extra pillow. What a shame!!! I will not be back. They should put the needed 2 pairs of pillows on king beds, on all beds and state clearly that, there are no extra pillows for guests in their adverts. People like me, who requires extra pillows for restful nights will be aware to keep moving on to somewhere else. The deception in "that's all we can find" is very insulting. No pillows??? I would have gone to the store to get the pillows I needed and donated them to the hotel afterwards, but I checked in at night. I guess all that looks good isn't always comfortable. I give this hotel a 2.5 star and will not be back since they don't have enough pillows for guests. How sad!!!

I feel bad for the FEW friendly faces at this hotel, because the remaining staff was the rudest most unfriendly group I have ever seen in hospitality. And, I travel quite a bit. Once the check-in process was completed with the ray of sunshine (sarcasm) Sharise (sp?, as she was not wearing a name tag but I did request her name), we had the pleasure of entering our room that was not necessarily "clean". Seriously, this staff needs training in the difference between actually cleaning and just straightening up. For example, there was some nasty streak of brown stuff on the side of the air unit in the room that I really don't even want to know what it was. It was clearly visible and definitely should not have been missed by housekeeping. Overall, it was just a really disappointing stay.
