We booked this hotel for two nights. We were given a room on the first floor, close to the pool. Unfortunately, the view from the window was disappointing—there was construction outside with some containers. The room was also very cold. We turned on the air conditioner and left, but when we returned three hours later, the temperature hadn’t changed—it was still freezing. We went to the reception, explained the situation, and they immediately offered us another room on the third floor. This room was much better: it had a beautiful view, was warm and cozy, and had everything we needed—dishes, a fridge, a microwave, tea, and coffee. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good and standard but with plenty of variety: eggs, bacon or sausages, potatoes, yogurt, juices, toast, coffee, tea, oatmeal, and muesli. Everything was fresh, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. The staff left a great impression—everyone was very friendly and helpful. They changed our room without any issues, always greeted us, and were ready to assist whenever needed. Now for the downsides. While the room was clean, the furniture was quite worn out and needed updating. It looks like the hotel is currently under renovation—some rooms are being updated, while others remain in their original condition. Hopefully, all rooms will be renovated soon. The pool was a bit of a disappointment. We chose this hotel mainly for the pool, but when we went to check it out, it was clear that it needed renovation and updating. It’s of medium size but looks outdated, so we decided not to swim. Overall, we were happy with the breakfast, staff, hotel location, large parking area, and cleanliness. If they update the rooms and the pool, this hotel will be even better.

Feb 17, 2025 · Iuliia Getman (Julia)Don’t stay here. In the middle of renovations and the bathroom ceiling was leaking, the toilet made a high pitched whistling sound on every flush, and it isn’t convenient to any restaurant locations. Better options available in the area.
May 16, 2025 · Wayne CunninghamAwful. Front desk help was so so rude after a mistake I had made. She couldn’t have cared less. So….. I went to the Marriott Courtyard right through the parking lot. Not under construction, cheaper and I was greeted like they actually wanted my business. Pass the Homewood suites up. You have so many choices where you will be treated with someone who understands hospitality.
Apr 26, 2025 · Katie SullivanThis was our second stay here. The location was fine and the staff nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction during our stay. We expected that the construction might have a section closed off but instead we walked through sanding, painting, construction cords, odors and it was very unpleasant and disruptive.
Apr 14, 2025 · Laura Jo WegmanDont come here they are renovating building toilets did not flush, breakfast was horrible and front desk did not answer the phone all day or listen to complaints. The only positive is the rooms were farily clean. This should ne a 2 star hotel.
