We had a great stay here. Large room, great shower and comfortable bed. We also liked the location. If you want to save about $10/day on parking, park in the public lot across the hotel. It is completely safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Apr 19, 2025 · Babette LeshinskyThe distance from the hotel to Broadway was a reasonable walk. Rooms are descent size and comfortable. AMAZING water pressure in the shower! Morning breakfast was good. Our favorite part of the day was our nightcap at the bar; the bartenders were enjoyable to talk with and skilled. Housekeeping is a 1 star. The gave us clean towels and made the bed but that’s it. The trash we made on day one was there on day 5.
Jan 03, 2025 · Jodi LohnesNot a great experience. Better hotels in the area. Woke up on the first morning to some noise and immediately noticed the wall opposite our room had the wall paper ripped off and holes in it from that morning. Must have been a leak or something but didn’t give a great impression. They had signs posted all over the lobby all day and night Wednesday that said winter hours for breakfast would be 7-10 instead of normal 6-9. We went down for breakfast at 9:20am the first morning just for them to tell us that only applied to the morning before and breakfast had already been put up, despite having the signs up til after midnight the night before. We (along with the other 30+ people looking for breakfast) got a quick ‘sorry, the sign shouldn’t have been up that long yesterday’, but they didn’t care to do anything else about their mistake. No offer of bringing out anything for us or getting anything comped from the convenience food area like I would expect after this mistake. They didn’t care. We also had issues inside the hotel room including a super leaking shower that flooded the rug and floor. Very annoying. This whole experience could have been avoided as well. We booked a non-refundable room on hotels.com but after our concert was cancelled close after booking the room, hotel.com said we could actually cancel with approval from the hotel manager. The lobby personnel on call lied to us saying that it wasn’t on them but was really on hotel.com and they didn’t want to tell us that, but in the end, we found that the decision WAS in the hotel managers hand and he blatantly told us he WOULD NOT make any exceptions to let us cancel. I’m not sure if this is a manager level decision or corporate but either way, forced us to take a trip we no longer wanted to take and come to a hotel that is not up to standards to begin with. We will not be booking another Hyatt stay.
Feb 23, 2025 · Karly McKennaI recently booked a room block of 90 rooms at the Hyatt House Downtown in Nashville for a corporate event, and had a really great experience! The rooms are so nice, clean and spacious. The front desk staff were all polite and professional to each and every guest of ours. Our welcome happy hour was really fun, and the bartenders Gabe and Guy kept the drinks flowing with smiles all night! I worked with Raelyn in the planning process who was very helpful, and with Matt on the ground in Nashville who was available and prompt to answer all my questions throughout my time at their hotel. This was a GREAT experience overall, and I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!
Mar 03, 2025 · Devin AlenkyThis hotel was a gem of a find. It's actually a suite with a mini kitchen, 2 beds, and a pull out sectional. The front desk staff were exceptional!!!! I can't thank them enough for the assistance they provided.
