My stay was pretty pleasant. The hotel was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and prompt with their service. My room was a good size, and the air conditioning worked very well. It was quite hot outside, but it performed nicely. The bathrooms were clean, and the showers were a good size. I did have a couple of minor issues. The original room I was assigned had a dead battery in the door locking mechanism, so I had to take all my luggage back to the lobby and get a new key. The staff gave me some food as a courtesy for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Also, the TVs didn’t have any app capabilities, which I haven't encountered in quite some time. It’s not a big deal, but I prefer streaming services over just cable—purely a personal preference.

May 31, 2025 · James MooreThe hotel was nice and clean, with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was pretty good too. However, I stayed there for two months, and the room service was disappointing. They never vacuumed the carpet or cleaned the bathroom floor. The only consistent service was replacing towels and occasionally, if I was lucky, they’d take out the trash and leave toilet paper.
Jun 11, 2025 · ArezuI recently visited for two days. My room was clean and taking care of. I had no complaints. Breakfast could have been better but I was able to have a bagel with bacon. There were other breakfast options. The eggs were watery, the French toast was soggy, and the fruit bowl looked old. There was coffee and tea with great options. This is located in the main lobby. As far as parking and the area of the hotel is good. I would come back if I need another night or two.
May 02, 2025 · Torri RichardOn 5/30/2025 I traveled to Augusta for leisure weekend. After we went in the room, I began to spray Lysol ad wipe down the room as i always do and set up a air freshener. In doing do I looked down and there was a pair of men's boxers left from a previous stay. Took a video and took it downstairs, where the then clerk gave me the manger's cell number to send the video. I was told they would give me some discount but was not told the amount. Checked my statement today to find I was still charged the full amount. I night was pending as a refund and one was pending as a charge. But today I see I was charged for the 2 nights separately. Chatted with the Hotel chat and they told me to reach out to the hotel. I did that for the days I was there and was not given any amount. only the message that the manager and district manger were working on an amount.
Jun 03, 2025 · Ms JRoom — the bed was not comfortable. I woke up stiff each morning. The AC setup makes it hard to get the room comfortable (the vent blows directly on the thermostat, affecting its ability to accurately sense the temperature). The floor (tile and carpet) was SO STICKY that I couldn’t walk without shoes. This really sucked getting out of the shower. Staff — friendly but in short supply. On two occasions we attempted to eat at the bar/restaurant but there was no staff… so we left and went elsewhere for food. Breakfast — served 7-10am on weekends, but don’t arrive after 8am because there won’t be anything. It seems that things aren’t replenished during this time… when it’s gone it’s gone.
