First time staying at a Hyatt and my last now. Stayed in room 209. Room is a nice size. The tub while showering filled up with water to above my ankles-gross. Told front desk about it and they were going to have maintenance come. Upon returning from being out all day there was black sediment in tub from the improper drainage. Again, gross! Spoke to front desk person who tried to be helpful. I asked for a late check out, til 1pm. Was told I’d have to pay the $25 fee for the additional hour but they would give me a room discount of $10.00 off. That $10 represented about 3.5%of the cost of the room. I told the front desk person/manager to keep it! And, their points. The shampoo & soap dispenser were not wiped down either and there’s a rip in the bedsheet. Clearly, their cleanliness and maintenance are done very poorly. Next time I’ll stay at the Hilton or Hampton Inn.

With this hotel being on the outskirts of the city, and based on the reasonable price, I was a bit skeptical, but it was convenient and I didn't have a lot of time for searching. I've been fortunate enough to stay at luxury hotels here and there, and I've stayed at many in this mid to low price range. To me, this was a lot of bang for the buck. The grounds, the common area, and the room were all impeccably clean. The king bed suite with separate sitting area was ginormous, really. The beds, even the pull out sectional sofa were very comfortable. Everything was up to date, convenient and well thought out. For instance, the window had two roll down shades that were much more convenient than heavy curtains but they equally could offer one layer of coverage with light coming through or blackout if both were down. Brilliant! The staff was friendly and one kind of staff member even took the time to pull out a translator so that she can answer my question and she was all smiles. I was very impressed and would typically pay quite a bit more for what this offered!
Apr 12, 2025 · Page MeyerOverall, a nice hotel, at a price point of 130. Rooms are large, with a separate sitting room. Beds and bedding were comfortable, and the water pressure was good. The tub, in room 105, is a very slow drain, which is not enjoyable. There was only 1 clerk checking people in, at 6 pm, and a constant line of 3 people. She was friendly and efficient, but another person to check people in is warranted.
May 20, 2025 · Kat TWe had issues when we stayed there for a week. Our rooms got half cleaned half the time I had to go down and get towels cause our room was not cleaned! We had to buy dishwashing liquid to clean our glass and our coffee cups?The trash was piling up the desk clerks were extremely unfriendly. They act like you are a bother to them. When I approached the desk, one woman said” you need something “instead of saying “can I help you” very unprofessional, like I say the service was terrible. When I first got there the fitness center had not been clean no telling when and when I approach them and ask them they said “oh” that was the only response I got, Then it finally it got cleaned after I said something, under the front desk was very unorganized that I could see, I asked for a remote to the TV cause it wasn’t working. He didn’t say anything. He just grabbed one and handed to me That’s all. I will never ever stay here again after the money we paid to stay at the Hyatt and the Hyatt is supposed to be a nice place to stay, but this one here no way. They should give us some points for our bad experience we had there! The breakfast is so so but that’s okay but that’s not the point I’m making its the staff and the rooms the bathroom where the toilet paper holder was has been removed and all they had was a standup toilet paper holder. I’m like you got to be kidding me at the Hyatt.

Yet, the elevator was out of order on both occasions. The room size and comfort are excellent. The upkeep can be better. My grandmother would say some tidying up is needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
