The hotel is nice and clean. The room was very large with a couch; comfy bed and a large walk in shower. A very quick walk to Music Row. We did not eat in the hotel but we did have a couple of drinks. The gentleman who made our drinks, Mr. Hanna, was very friendly and had the patience of a saint!

May 28, 2025 · Gabrielle SchneiderAC blasts cold air on the bed closest to it. Rooms were fine otherwise. Spacious and great seating area for company. Included breakfast was good. Great location within walking distance of downtown. Good view of the bridge nearby from the right rooms.
May 04, 2025 · Nick F.The hotel itself was perfectly fine, but nothing was outstanding facility wise. The staff, however, were very courteous and helpful. As a Hyatt rewards member, I was given an early check-in which I very much appreciated since I was attending back to back conferences and had to change hotels. The room itself was adequate and clean, if a bit dated. Beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable and there was no ice machine or vending on the floor that I could find. All in all, this is a moderately priced hotel with a convenient location. An easy walk to the Music City Center and Broadway.
Apr 11, 2025 · Vickie DavisThe hotel staff Wonderful and hospitable. The valet was informative, fast and efficient. The breakfast staff was Great and they kept up with busing tables and stocking the food. The breakfast was very good. We came to eat@ 6:30AM and everything was fresh and hot. French toast sticks, pancakes and sausages etc were delicious and ready to be eaten. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are large and comfy. Bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels daily. Housekeeping was tremendous and kind. Honestly a nice weekend home away from home which isn’t too far from Broadway. I was able to walk from the hotel to The Stage, Ole Red and Jason Aldean’s in my tribute heels so the walking distance isn’t too bad. This is the Best priced accommodation based on the proximity to Broadway, the breakfasts and amenities offered. Will stay again when back in May.
Apr 14, 2025 · Maia MouaNice clean spacious rooms, the mattress was SO comfy I'm considering buying one just like it, almost didn't want to get out of bed. The black out curtains kept the room really dark. The location is excellent and the free breakfast is nice.
