No security or staff hardly at the front desk, and no housekeeping. Housekeeping is only provided after the second day but when we asked no one ever showed up until the last day of our stay. We were there for three days. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. No one was ever at the bar. Two waters a day was cool. Only one toilet paper was provided for four of us, and when they finally cleaned they only stocked one. Not too far from downtown. Shopping area and eateries. Clean and nice hotel. The free drink ticket was nice. Water pressure could be better.

Jun 19, 2025 · Jo (J's 2 Real)This hotel seemed brand new. Our room was great, comfortable beds and pillows, everything was extremely clean. The check-in/check-out staff were friendly and professional. There's a microwave in the market area that guests can use. Definitely a step up from your typical Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard, or Fairfield. It's in a great area with a variety of restaurants, shopping and gas stations all within a 4 minute drive. It was a typical Hyatt Place breakfast, which isn't our favorite because there's no waffle iron and the "hot" items are usually only lukewarm. Parking is posted as $30.
May 12, 2025 · Delta BUnlike others. My interaction with staff members were great everyone I encountered that worked here was nice. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hallways were clean, the elevator was quick. I was given a hot buffet style breakfast on the weekend. This mall is in walking distance of the mall
Apr 14, 2025 · brandie finkleyNot a good stay at all. When you arrive you find out that their on site parking is $30 a day. When we got to our room and unloaded all our stuff we find 2 boxes of empty cans and bottles in the closet and it didn't look like the room had been vacuumed. They did offer to move us but after driving all day and bringing up and unloading all our stuff we didn't feel like moving so they took off the parking fee. Later that evening I found that the shampoo was empty and they were short handed so I had to go to the front desk to get more. Shortly after that the toilet started running every 1 min and 5 seconds. We had to shut the water off to the toilet at night so we could attempt to sleep. The walls must have been made out of paper because you could here conversations in the room next to us and above. The elevators were broke for the majority of our stay. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to put our garbage in the hallway and go to the front desk for more bags. The bar service was slow. Breakfast was mediocre at best and 30 mins late one morning. I'm probably forgetting a few things but overall it was horrible. I don't recommend staying here
Feb 24, 2025 · Jacob CraigheadThere was about 50 of us in for a hockey tournament this past Super Bowl weekend. The hotel was great. Good location with decent restaurants, shopping, groceries and liquor stores within walking distance. About a $20-25 uber ride to Broadway. We booked a conference room to watch the game on Sunday. The breakfast buffet was so-so but we don’t expect a lot from a hotel free breakfast. Best thing was the staff. They were super friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to our bartender Bobbi. She was amazing. Even booked a restaurant for about 25 parents last minute. Super friendly and great service. We kept her super busy at least one night for sure. Anyway, it’s all about the people and you’ve got good people there. Thanks!
