The room at first glance are nice. The comfy sectional & 2 beds, BUT it smelled like a litter box. We also had some issues with the AC, we didn’t notice until late but it was leaking water causing a soaked carpet. The bathroom is outdated. The fact I’m also being charged for parking, is wild. $8 a day when I am a guest at the hotel. It’s not gated, or A GARAGE lot parking it’s literally just a parking lot that is attached to the hotel. Jun 17, 2025 · Kaley SextonExcellent breakfast. Comfortable room of decent size but odd layout...you can only watch the TV at an extreme angle from the couch. Nice handicap bathroom. Tiny, tiny fridge that was in urgent need of defrosting. No microwave. Good internet. Didn't appreciate the TV turning itself off every few hours.
Apr 28, 2025 · Dennis BonebreakAdequate accommodations in a good location for visiting Opryland. Nothing fancy here - but they do have a surprisingly big breakfast bar in the morning. The place is not as spotless as I'd like. It looks like the flooring in the elevator has been removed - leaving only the adhesive and a rank smell.
May 19, 2025 · jgj6331Most of the staff was very nice except one of the breakfast staff. Breakfast is supposed to go till 10 on weekend. We got there at 8:30 and they were out of everything. The lady working was rude in telling my wife that they were just out of food. In addition, we were charged $9 per day to park. That is not common of other places we have stayed. Usually only if it is in a very urban area where parking is at a premium. This was not the case here and there was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean enough but don’t count on eating here. Overall, we will definitely stay elsewhere when we come back to Nashville.
Apr 06, 2025 · Kevin ReedTerrible customer service & management! I had a one night reservation for a concert event. The event got postponed by the singer the day before. Due to their strict 48 hour cancellation policy, they would not let me move the date without charging me one full nights rental. I get that rules are rules, but this was beyond our control and it’s not like it was a complete loss of revenue as I planned to stay during the new date. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they had left for the day and to leave a message. That was 3 days ago and the manager never called me back. When I tried to call back the next day, the hotel phone would ring and then hang up. So I assume they were hanging up on me. I called the main Hyatt customer service line, who were able to change the date on the reservation but the hotel still charged me anyway. Needless to say I will be canceling that new reservation and will never use Hyatt again.
