If you can stay in a room on the main office side. On the back side can get very noisy at night with the bars on the other side of the pool. From patrons to food deliveries and garbage pick ups. If youre a light sleeper you wont make it. We did have an incident with another hotel guest begging for money at 12:30 am startling my wife and i. I brought it up to management and he said i wasnt the only one. Later that day the same manager informed me the guest was removed. There was no other problems. The hotel was clean for the most part. No bugs but the bathroom floor was very dirty. Location was the best around. Within walking distance to the Opry and just beyond that is one of the best shopping malls we have been in in a long time. Lots of high end stores. Youre also half an hour driving distance from down town Nashville and everything it has to offer. It would appear that this is a new acquisition and the new owners are doing their best to make this a good family hotel to stay in. That said i would stay here again.

The Quality Inn Nashville - Opryland Area is a well-established hotel that focuses on providing essential comforts and convenience, particularly for those looking to explore the vibrant Opryland district. It operates as part of the Quality Inn brand, known for offering reliable accommodations and good value. Guests frequently highlight the hotel's "clean" rooms, the "good" breakfast, and its "best around" location. While some reviews indicate that the hotel might be under "new acquisition" with new owners "doing their best to make this a good family hotel," the positive aspects often center on its fundamental offerings. The hotel features a variety of room types to suit different needs, from king beds to two queen beds, many equipped with microwaves and mini-fridges, which are convenient for longer stays or families. It also boasts a seasonal outdoor pool, a welcome amenity during Nashville's warmer months. The management appears responsive to guest feedback, as evidenced by a reported incident where a disruptive guest was "removed" after being brought to management's attention, demonstrating a commitment to guest comfort and security. It aims to offer a solid, dependable choice for travelers prioritizing location and core amenities.

The Quality Inn Nashville - Opryland Area boasts an exceptional location at 2617 McGavock Pk, Nashville, TN 37214, USA. This address places it squarely in the heart of Nashville's vibrant Opryland district, providing unparalleled access to some of the city's most famous attractions.

Its proximity to the Grand Ole Opry is a major draw. The hotel is within "walking distance to the Opry," making it incredibly convenient for those attending shows or taking tours of the historic venue. Just "beyond that is one of the best shopping malls we have been in in a long time," referring to Opry Mills, a massive outlet mall that offers extensive retail therapy and dining options. Guests appreciate being able to access both the entertainment and shopping without needing to drive. Additionally, the hotel is close to other Opryland area attractions like the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center (often referred to as Opryland Hotel Gardens) and the General Jackson Showboat.

While the Opryland area offers plenty to do, downtown Nashville and its iconic Broadway scene are also easily accessible. The hotel is approximately "half an hour driving distance from down town Nashville and everything it has to offer," providing a balance between the bustling downtown and the more relaxed Opryland environment. For those traveling by car, the hotel offers complimentary self-parking, including ample space for RVs and buses, which is a significant convenience in a busy tourist area. Accessibility to major roadways like Briley Parkway (TN-155) ensures smooth travel to and from the hotel, whether you're heading to Nashville International Airport (BNA), other parts of the city, or connecting to interstates. However, it's worth noting that due to the proximity of nightlife, some rooms, particularly on the "back side" of the building near the pool, "can get very noisy at night with the bars on the other side of the pool," affecting light sleepers. Choosing a room on the "main office side" is recommended for those sensitive to noise.

Very smooth check-in. Luckily I was in a room near the office and I have no complaints whatsoever. The room was clean the water was hot and I slept great. If you get a room at the other end of the building you're going to be very close to some very loud music. Sausage eggs Bagels muffin and Waffles were available in the lobby for breakfast as well as coffee and juice. Checking out was very smooth. For the price I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our room had been recently remodeled and we really liked how it was set up. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Very conveniently located near the Opry and the mall, and also offers a shuttle to downtown for $15 per person which we really appreciated.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Final 2 days consisted of fake eggs, a waffle machine, coffee and fake cranberry juice. Better off going to nearby Cracker Barrel.

Booked hotel because of Quality Inn experiences in the past. Price was very good services not so much. Wifi didn't work, had to purchase additional hotspot GB for the stay from my carrier. Room cleaning was hit or miss. Found food in microwave when we arrived, floor appeared clean (gray tile), was actually light gray. I spilled some water and wiped it up, Towel turned black as I wiped up spill. Ran out of coffee on day 3, they never replaced. Noise from live music bars didn't bother us, didn't come to Nashville for serenity. Very disappointed in Quality Inn staff services.they need to fix room services and wifi. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
