I don't usually write reviews, but I am writing this so that others can be aware because I wish I was. Came here for a quick weekend stay with family. The entire building reeked of cigarette smoke and we waited about 10mins for someone to finally come and assist us. The lobby was not the most clean or welcoming, no signage to direct where you must go, and overall the place seemed shady. We still wanted give them a chance and see the rooms before giving up. Bad idea, the room was no better. The experience was so horrible upon entry that we walked right out and booked at the Hampton Inn. Could not bare to stay another second. The room had a horrible smell of I don't know what, seeming like it hadn't been cleaned in days, insects roaming around, a broken drawer, a stained mini fridge, and bedding. It made you feel dirty soon as you walked in. Didn't even last 3 minutes in there. I understand getting what you paid for, but a place can be affordable and clean or presentable at the same time. Cheap does not equate to dirty. Cool for one night I guess if you have absolutely no other option, but I don't even recommend this place enough for that. Not worth it and definitely not worth the $100 deposit either. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Online reviews for La Casa Inn and Suites reveal a varied guest experience, which is important for potential visitors using "Hotels Near Of Me" to consider. Many reviews suggest that the hotel is a viable option for those on a strict budget, providing a basic place to sleep when other options are limited or more expensive. Positive comments sometimes highlight the helpfulness of the staff and the convenience of amenities like free breakfast and free parking. However, a significant number of reviews point to cleanliness concerns, including mentions of cigarette smoke odor, stained bedding, general untidiness, and the presence of insects. Some guests have reported issues with room maintenance, such as broken drawers or non-functioning irons. The overall impression from some feedback suggests that while the hotel is affordable, it may not meet higher expectations for comfort or cleanliness. It's also noted that the property has undergone or is undergoing renovations, which can impact the guest experience. For instance, some guests reported encountering construction mess or changes in hotel branding (e.g., from Quality Inn). Potential guests should temper their expectations regarding the hotel's overall condition and be prepared for a no-frills experience. If cleanliness and modern amenities are a top priority, it might be advisable to research alternative options in the area, such as the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express, which are sometimes mentioned by guests as preferred alternatives, albeit at a potentially higher price point.

May 03, 2025 · NeyshaI’ve stayed at La Casa Inn and Suites a few times, as it’s one of the more affordable options in the area. However, you get what you pay for. The place wasn’t very clean, and the iron board wasn’t in working condition. Also, it took about 5 minutes for the hot water to come on. While it’s an option when you’re on a budget, I would recommend looking for a better place if possible. It’s fine if you’re just in need of a cheap stay, but don’t expect much beyond that.
Mar 27, 2025 · Nikhil ReddyI arrived and the shower in my room still had a used bar of soap stuck to the tub. The mini fridge had no shelves in the door that weren't broken. What looked like ashes was on the top of the back of the toilet. All I can say positively is they have really comfy beds. It was a place to sleep for a night. Upon further inspection the arm of the swivel chair and a handle for the desk in the room was also broken.we also found evidence of crack heads staying in the room prior to us photos attached. pretty shitty for a hotel that requires a $100 deposit you don't get back until a week later.
Mar 13, 2025 · Faith SullivanI waited at the front desk for like 15 minutes til someone showed up. Girl at front desk was unfriendly. Room was unclean-very dirty, like someone had just been in there and no one bothered to clean the room. I checked right out and went to the holiday inn. I was only supposed to be there one night and couldn’t do it.
Dec 13, 2024 · Jayson MHonestly this place is amazing for the great prices they offer, the staff does everything they can to accommodate and will go above and beyond. The woman who runs breakfast and morning cleaning is an absolute champion. Front desk is always welcoming and quick to help answer questions and resolve requests. It's right next to a Cumberland Farms in case I need anything in a pinch. My room is lovely albeit a few dents or scratches on some furniture or loose handles but nothing detrimental!
