They have a starbucks downstairs that love.Walmart,Longhorn,Applebee's,and local tavern across the street. You have alot of quick and good food options close by. May 14, 2025 · Roger HolmanBe careful booking here if you are staying for a sports tournament of any kind and your team manager booked a block of rooms. If you are a team manager, save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else - their cancellation policy is the most egregious of any Marriot I've stayed in (ive stayed in a couple of hundred over the years). They take the cancellation policy beyond protecting themselves from the early tournament departures that we all know we've tried if our kids don't make the final day. In our situation, our son had 104 degree fever and the flu - no refunds. Wouldn't you want a guest with a contagious illness to leave? Makes no sense to me - this clearly wasn't a situation of a parent trying to take advantage. They throw it into the category of "well we reserved your room and we would loose money if we don't charge you" - this is compete BS. Zero opportunity cost - the rooms weren't getting used if we weren't there. Avoid this place - so many other options in the area near the rinks.

However, once I started walking down the corridor to my room, there became a musty smell and it begins to look more worn. The room had the same off putting musty smell, and is in need of updating. Also the location of my room had me listening to comings and goings of hotel guests for hours, fortunately it did eventually calm down. Public service announcement DO NOT HAVE CONVERSATIONS IN HOTEL HALLWAYS OUTSIDE OTHER PEOPLES ROOMS, IT'S EXTREMELY RUDE. The staff was friendly, and there is a good local restaurant right across the street.
