The whole first floor smells like cat urine. Staff was nice enough. You have to ask for ALL amenities that are usually already in the room at an Extended Stay (i.e. silverware, dishes etc.) Generally outdated, dirty, and needs a makeover. I'm expecting a copy and paste response comment added to this review like many others.

The hotel's address on South Washington Street places it somewhat set back from the main road, contributing to a potentially quieter experience, as one customer review noted, "It’s a great location set back away from the road and highway. The rooms are quiet and perfect size."
While Norton itself is a residential community, the hotel's strategic location makes it a practical choice for those visiting nearby Foxborough, particularly Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place. These popular destinations, offering sports, entertainment, dining, and shopping, are typically within a 15-20 minute drive. This makes the hotel a viable, often more budget-friendly, option during major events at the stadium. Other nearby points of interest include Xfinity Center (formerly Great Woods) in Mansfield, a major outdoor amphitheater, and Wheaton College in Norton. The hotel is also accessible from major roadways, including I-95 and I-495, facilitating travel to Boston, Providence, and other parts of southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The property offers complimentary self-parking for guests.

Beyond the kitchen, each studio suite generally includes:
Other services and features often highlighted by Extended Stay America properties include:
It is important to note the mixed reviews regarding the general condition of the hotel. While one reviewer praised the rooms as "quiet and perfect size," another stated they were "generally outdated, dirty, and needs a makeover." This suggests variability in guest experience and a potential need for renovation. The particularly strong negative comment about "the whole first floor smells like cat urine" is a significant concern that prospective guests should be aware of.
Extended Stay America - Foxboro - Norton, like other properties in the brand, promotes itself as a practical and economical solution for extended stays. The value proposition lies in the included kitchen, which allows guests to save money on dining out, and often competitive weekly or monthly rates. The hotel also participates in the Extended Stay America loyalty program.
Guest experiences, as reflected in the provided reviews, offer contrasting perspectives. On the positive side:
However, a more critical review pointed out significant issues:
These contrasting views suggest that while the hotel's concept and staff service can be positive, the physical condition and cleanliness might be inconsistent or in need of attention in certain areas. The "copy and paste response comment" mentioned in one review implies a possible pattern of standardized replies to feedback, which some guests might find impersonal.
For local users considering this hotel via "Hotels Near Of Me" for an extended stay, it is crucial to manage expectations regarding the physical condition of the property. While the convenience of a kitchen and the helpfulness of some staff members are definite advantages, the concerns about cleanliness, outdated decor, and specific odors should be carefully considered. It might be beneficial to inquire about recent renovations or specific room conditions if these factors are a high priority for your stay.

May 19, 2025 · Steven LincolnIt’s a great location set back away from the road and highway. The rooms are quiet and perfect size. The manager Sara makes sure she accommodates to make your stay amazing. The staff is very helpful and gave some good recommendations on where to get food around here.
Apr 08, 2025 · Vinny RussoThe filthiest most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in! It has some bizarre smell through the whole place. dirty room! toilet wasn't working it was clogged with a bunch of toilet paper when I walked in! all the doors that u are supposed to use your key to get in were propped open with brooms or mops or didn't shut completely. Stove didn't work ( wouldn't have used it anyway). The hall had trash all over. The place should be condemned!

Apr 07, 2025 · RaquelI have spent a year in this hotel and every week I expect that they will improve but a frustrated , horrible experience of my life . this is just not a place for a professional but for weed smokers, and shelter for refugees Dirty Bedsheet with holes in it, dirty pillow covers, broken and smelly kitchen, broken faucets, non working microwave, frige not working . every time you check in, you will see a new person, trainees, non professional and it is not their fault, they are just not trained, and it just lacks the attention of corporate management this is 2nd review where I was expecting an improvement and a call from ownership to promise some changes but no return I know it is a waste of time to draw your attention and a useless effort to expect any improvement and you have made up you mind that guest will have no choice but will come to your hotel, no matter how dirty its rooms are and how filthy the lobby's/corridors and parking lot are with weed smoke all over the place and a garage model of the parking lot, where car are being fixed on permanent basis and actually it is a safe haven spot for pot smoking as no one bothers. Every week door access machines are broken, room are filthy with all the furniture broken, bathroom always missing the items. in my opinion this hotel must be shut down due to a health hazard, security risk. it is a security compromised. Why I kept on coming ? I was expecting that my complain made last month will draw your attention and now with all the refugees are gone, there will be some improvements to make it a livable place but none at all.
