Run by kids no customer service. They're ALWAYS in your room. They turn the water off a few days a week from like 9-5. Rude to say the least. Better extended stay across the street. Spend your money somewhere else for good customer service, water and PRIVACY. I never do reviews but this had to be said. Wow I glanced down at the other reviews and I saw their response to other customers. Exactly the type of smart mouths you get if you go to the office with a simple complaint. Quick to say "you can always leave" My thoughts exactly...nicer place across the street

This property caters to guests who require accommodation for more than just a few nights, such as those on long-term business assignments, individuals relocating, or families enjoying an extended visit to the Atlanta area's attractions. It provides a more independent living experience compared to a traditional hotel, focusing on essential amenities for a comfortable extended stay.

The environment of Live In Lodge Lithia Springs is defined by its practical suburban location. Situated in Lithia Springs, it benefits from being close to key regional attractions while offering a less congested atmosphere than downtown Atlanta. Its primary advantage is its convenient proximity to Six Flags Over Georgia, often being within a 10-minute drive. This makes it a viable option for families planning multiple days at the theme park or for individuals working there. Sweetwater Creek State Park, offering opportunities for outdoor recreation and natural beauty, is also nearby, providing a peaceful escape. While the lodge itself is not set within extensive gardens or lavish grounds, it offers a straightforward lodging environment typical of extended stay properties. The surrounding area in Lithia Springs provides access to various local amenities, including restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential services, ensuring guests can easily meet their daily needs. The emphasis here is on functional convenience and affordability for longer durations rather than luxurious surroundings.

The services at Live In Lodge Lithia Springs are designed to facilitate self-sufficient, extended living. A core offering is the provision of in-room kitchenettes, which are a cornerstone for extended stay guests. These kitchenettes typically include a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop (often two-burner), and a microwave, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and significantly save on dining expenses. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property, ensuring guests can stay connected for work, streaming entertainment, or communicating with family and friends. Free self-parking is provided on-site, a valuable amenity for guests traveling with their own vehicles. The lodge also features self-serve laundry facilities, which is crucial for longer stays, enabling guests to do their washing at their convenience. While some traditional hotels offer daily housekeeping, Live In Lodge, as an extended stay property, typically provides weekly housekeeping services, which helps maintain a clean living environment while supporting the cost-effective nature of longer stays. For guest assistance, the front desk operates during limited hours, generally from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. It's important for guests to plan their check-in within these hours, as after-hours check-in is usually not available. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The property is also noted as being pet-friendly, though charges may apply for bringing pets, and specific policies should be confirmed directly with the lodge.

The features of Live In Lodge Lithia Springs are geared towards creating a comfortable, apartment-like atmosphere for its guests. The property reportedly offers around 150 accommodations, primarily consisting of double rooms or suites. Each room is air-conditioned, a crucial amenity for the Georgia climate. In-room entertainment is typically provided via a TV. The private bathrooms usually come with a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries. The key distinguishing feature, as mentioned, is the kitchenette in every room, making it easy for guests to manage their dietary needs and budget. While specific details on bed types might vary, rooms generally accommodate individual travelers, couples, or small families. Some information suggests that rooms might feature garden views or balconies/terraces, adding a pleasant touch to the stay. The lodge focuses on providing the basics well for extended comfort, rather than a wide array of luxury amenities. It is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh indoor environment, with designated smoking areas available outdoors. It's worth noting that based on available information, the property does not have an elevator, which could be a consideration for guests with mobility challenges, though specific accessible room features are not detailed.

From a promotional standpoint, Live In Lodge Lithia Springs primarily appeals to guests looking for an economical and functional extended stay solution. Its core promotional message centers on its "affordable rates" for longer durations, implicitly offering value compared to nightly hotel rates. While specific, large-scale promotional campaigns or discount codes are not consistently advertised in general searches, the lodge's competitive pricing for weekly or monthly stays serves as its main draw. The benefit of having a "full kitchenette" in each room is a significant promotional highlight, emphasizing the self-catering aspect and potential cost savings on food. The "free Wi-Fi" and "free parking" are also strong selling points, appealing to budget-conscious travelers. The proximity to Six Flags Over Georgia is naturally a key promotional asset for leisure travelers, positioning it as a convenient base for multiple visits. The pet-friendly policy also appeals to a niche but significant segment of travelers. Reviews, though limited in some instances, generally focus on the lodge's utility for extended stays, often mentioning its practical amenities and affordability. While no explicit "deals" were found in the provided information, the intrinsic value proposition of long-term affordability with essential living amenities is Live In Lodge's primary form of promotion. Guests interested in specific rates are encouraged to contact the property directly or check specialized extended stay booking platforms for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.

In conclusion, for those in the Lithia Springs, Georgia, area searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" with a specific need for extended, self-sufficient accommodation, Live In Lodge Lithia Springs provides a practical, budget-friendly, and conveniently located option. This place is AWFUL! Roach infestation. Nasty and highly immature staff; this is confirmed by their need to jump on every comment that sheds light on their incompetence rather than fixing the issue. It was selected out of (what we thought) convenience, yet MONTHS after leaving, we're still dealing with the repercussions of such "convenience". We had to throw all our the appliances brought into that place away; ROACHES. IDK whats going on with the quality of the water, but my skin took over a month to replenish after leaving. I pray for people who had/have no other choice, resorting to staying there.

The owner here is quite the Vile person, an Indian woman who also refuses to give her name, even if the matter is positive. It became a negative to her during my stay. For 3 years, they left their elevator's certification expired and only recently got it renewed. As if that's preventing the machine from shaking, shifting, and banging hard on its own track system. Whoever approved that elevator is likely close to the owner, as any sane person would deem that elevator as unfit, especially if they're an engineer. As per the manager, she will say otherwise, no matter if she's correct or not, with excessive ignorance. Now that's not bad enough. Seeing these reviews, they do have a bit of truth to them, unlike the responses. The basic concerns, such as drugs, suspicious people, arbitrary fines, damaged rooms, and unsanitary conditions. Are as follows. My week stay here, had me getting a fine for a Child, which wasn't mine. This was also, given to me, quite loudly as the employee banged on my door quite aggressively, at 12pm in the night, while i slept. The owner refused to accept my explanation that i do not have a kid, and I never will due to medical complications that embarrassed me. She said there is nothing she can do about it. This is quite literally extortion. Not that I'm surprised, as she drove a Ferrari to work. I see she makes her personal profits through fabricated fines. This is true, no matter her excuses or paid 5 star reviews. It's gross negligence. I don't even need to go into detail about the drug activity here. You can easily smell it by walking around. Quite a few bad actors have been seen loitering. One such incident involved a 10 year old little girl, being jumped by a 10 year old boy, and his friends who live in the complex nearby. Completely unprovoked is what most of the locals said. No one was arrested, but the little girl's family, who were the victims, were removed and trespassed, says their neighbor, and an employee. The rooms are hit or miss. Few blemishes, lots of broken things here and there, such as doors or windows not locking. Furthermore, I and Few others have been locked out of our rooms due to either the batteries in the locking mechanism dying or the lock system being busted. I spent 8 hours, after work, in the heat. Not pleasant. Several other tenants have stayed in certain rooms, which had mold in them. That's yet another crime here, as if it wasn't commplace to be negligent. Don't even get me started on the many firings here either. I have seen someone new in the office every day. There are other issues going on as well. Such as random people illegally dumping their trash in the dumpsters. An old man was jumped by people in the woods and robbed. The employees inspect your room weekly, regardless if you're present or busy. They will enter your room, even if you're stark naked. Aside from such invasive inspections. I've already filed a police report regarding a sentimental gold pocket watch I had with me for support. After I left for the local kroger, which was a short drive, I returned to my room 20 minutes later to find my door left open. I find that several common items were missing, besides that watch. Such as food, clothes, etc. Even though it's worth a lot more than the owner, I don't care for the price. It's a memento, and I want it back. The owner refused to provide me with any assistance, let alone the CCTV footage directly facing my door without police present. Considering her employees, not just one, have said that if police are called here 3 times, you get kicked out, I felt as if I was being manipulated into my first "strike" as they already had it out with me during the false fine, I was forced to pay. I was furious. I couldn't take this blatant abuse for much longer. I called my boss and asked if I could take a pay cut to transfer hotels. He attempted to be cordial with them, and they copped an attitude. So he canceled, me and my 3 coworkers week stay, for free, thankfully. We will not return here.

I have been living here for months and the staff is great and if I need something I can go to the front desk if there are ever any problems the staff makes sure that they solve them !!and quickly the only problem that I ever have I feel like there should be a memo about the constant loitering in front of others doors because no one really knows any one or their intentions I had a guy try to get in my room twice today saying he had the wrong room two times but I’m glad there are locks to secure the door that is why my safety concern of complete strangers Standing and loitering in front of others door I understand them passing by but when you’re in your room your curtains are open and someone is just standing there is weird because in the Budgetel policy do not disturb others this is a disturbance to me because I come out of my room and someone is there that is not living in my room is creepy and I have to ask them to leave in nice manner and when I did this on yesterday 8-28-73 I had to call the police because I asked the guy and girl to please leave from hanging in front of my room because as I’m coming out she rolls her eyes and he looks at me with anger I’m like wow you’re loitering in front of my door why are you mad the guy cursed me out and made threats of harming me and I called Douglas county and they were already gone when they got here this screams volumes of saying hey do not disturb others there really needs to be a memo about this !!but other wise than that the room I have is clean and no bugs I read all the reviews and they are wrong about the staff here thanks for the great stay I even met nice people over here

So, it's already suspicious enough the maids don't wash Towels, but I've been stalked by this weird Black man who is apparently selling drugs on the Property, as he showed it to me, and even threw it in the elevator when I told him I don't do drugs. (Trying to, I guess force me to take it) This man, who goes by the name of Maurice apparently. I've attempted to speak with the staff about it, but nothing has been considered, as the man still followed me into the Elevator recently. This has been multiple times, even though I've told this man, to leave me alone I have a husband. Recently, at what I'd say was 3am, this man is knocking on multiple doors on the 3rd floor. Asking if someone can house his sister and her kids in their room. I told my husband to answer the door☹️, and someone else a few doors down begins shooing him away like a stray animal. This was when we learned of his name. Besides him, several other issues have occurred. Such as we have been fine 3 times, because of our neighbor's chain smoking habits. We can't leave a window open, let alone a door open. (Even though some of the rooms windows are sealed with nails) Even though we've paid the fines, it's exhausting, as we're not at fault for these actions. I have never smoked, and my husband smokes in his car. Either way, the don't remain consistent with their fines. First it was $80, then it was $60, and last it was $50. Like, what is going on here.
