Excellent service. My family and I were treated wonderfully, and everything we were able to enjoy inside the space was just perfect! We were well received by everyone who works around the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms were cozy, organized and comfortable. Definitely the best possible choice to make when you are in doubt about where to spend the weekend in an unforgettable way. The water park was also quite fun. We had the chance to enjoy several slides, wave pool, leisure in the pool with buoys, and my favorite part, the hot tube! I would definitely come back to spend another whole day in the waters of the park. My favorite part was the restaurant, where I was well received by the manager of the place, Michael, and an incredible employee, Carla, who in addition to English, also spoke the native language of my family. The food was very tasty, as well as the many options of drinks and desserts they offered. The live music and the people engaging and participating around made the environment more pleasant. The best possible place to spend time! I recommend it.

Apr 26, 2025 · Ana DeMoraisWe had a great vacation there. The room we got was recently renewed and clean. The internet was very good compared to other hotels, and the beds were comfortable. I asked for a microwave to heat my baby’s food, and they arrived with the microwave as soon as I got in the room. We had dinner in the Landshark. It was a very busy day, but the food came quickly and was delicious. Everyone on the staff we spoke to was very nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the toddler area in the water park was cold for the three days we stayed. I talked to them, but nothing changed. Also, the chlorine smell in the wave pool was awful. We all had itching, burning eyes, and shortness of breath, and we couldn't stay there for more than 30 minutes. We will be coming back soon.
Apr 18, 2025 · Mylla BVery pleasant place. My family and I were treated wonderfully by all the staff who worked at the hotel. We enjoyed the live music at the restaurant bar and enjoyed delicious food, drinks and desserts. We were also very well received by a worker at the restaurant named Carla, and its manager, Michael Parma. Carla spoke my family's native language, which made it much easier when it came to ordering. I am eternally grateful to the manager who only made my experience at his restaurant even better. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Apr 27, 2025 · Vivi MonteiroThis recently remodeled motel/hotel should not be referred to as a resort. In big bold letters the headline should read First Come First Serve is more like it. We paid over $400.00 for one room for one night, times two to take our toddlers and 7 year old grandchildren to the water park. Upon arrival we soon realized that they had sold so many day passes before we got there it was standing room only, like a mosh pit at a sold out concert only in a water park. There were so many people at the pool that we did not feel safe, sanitary or welcomed. The bathroom was soiled with dirty towels all over the floor and stalls, there was no way we felt safe changing in this bathroom. The board of health should be called along with someone checking in on capacity levels because there is no way the environment that I encountered should be considered safe for children nor adults. I do not recommend coming here on a weekend, I did come on a Saturday, however, when you pay 400 x’s 2 for a total of 800 dollars for the night you expect some rules and regulations to apply especially on a sold out weekend for the hotel guests. If the hotel is sold out why would you sell day passes and take away from your overnight guests experience. Someone needs a lesson in guest management and hospitality, because what I experienced here at this so called resort was nothing short of deplorable. If it wasn’t for my grandchildren being profoundly disappointed I would have insisted on my money back and left. Instead I will have to worry for the next two weeks that they don’t develop some sort of infection from the amount of people they let in this very small indoor pool area! I would not recommend this place nor will I ever return again.
Mar 01, 2025 · Stephanie O'RourkeThe last time I came here it was the cape codder and it wasn't the best then but it was better than what it is now. The staff aren't welcoming at all, with an exception of 2 MAYBE 3 staff members. We went for easter weekend and it was a complete disaster. They held an easter egg hunt and started 30 mins before the scheduled time. The outdoor pool heater was broken. 80 dollars for breakfast for a family of 5 (youngest is 3). INSANE! Breakfast should come with the stay. The Waterpark water is really cold. They didn't have any activities for the kids other than kids karaoke (all the way on the bottom floor), the egg hunt which started 30 mins before the time, and a ballonist. All the money we spend to stay, there should be so much more to do. Do better "margaritaville".
