I’m here for a conference and truly cannot say enough good things about the manager at the front desk. I do not recall her name but she is a gem. She was absolutely fabulous in the days leading up to my stay and again at check-in. Incredibly professional, attentive, and proactive—she followed up on every request and made the process seamless, even while checking in multiple guests for the conference. She handled everything with thoroughness and ease, and her excellent service has made this stay an absolute pleasure. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and want to give kudos to the Marriott for having such a standout team member. Rooms are nice and clean. Was greeted by housecleaning in halls who stated if anything was needed to let them know. Great staffing

Apr 07, 2025 · Diana Paladino ChristopherI attended a Conference at this facility April 8-10. I did not stay over so I can not rate the rooms. However, I can commend the Banquet Staff for being an exceptional group. Glitches are bound to happen for any event and one with over 400 guests they are almost expected. This staff handled any glitches with true professionalism. The Team leaders Joyce Wright and Deanna are dedicated to exceptional guest service and staff leadership. Dwight , Eliana (sp?) and the rest of the staff are true guest service pros. I would definitely recommend this location for an event.
Apr 11, 2025 · Michele KACYIve stayed here a few times already now and the service has always been pretty good. It's a nice hotel with some normally nice rooms. My last room kind of smelled for some odd reason and the furnace didn't work so my room didn't cool down much. I finally made it to the pool this visit to try to get some exercise but the pool was just too cold for me. There were only 2 or 3 jets that blew warm water and the rest weren't doing anything unfortunately. There is a pretty nice gym here as well that seems to be pretty popular. My biggest gripe is they take away the coffee at 630am so you have to go to the restaurant. Seriously, you guys aren't a cheap hotel, leave the darn coffee out so people can grab a cup and go to work or be on their way. We decided to go to the restaurant one night and ordered a beer and some shrimp tacos. After the beer was gone 1 hr later still no tacos. They kept saying it was coming however people who ordered after us got their food before us, and it was a burger. They must have been fishing for our shrimp or something. So we decided we were just gonna go since it was a 12 hr work day and we were exhausted. You'd think they'd comp us the beer, NOPE. So we went to bed hungry. Next visit we will be trying a different hotel.
Feb 11, 2025 · Jacob GolickThere is no AC(cool) in this hotel, and it was a major issue. Even though the outside temperature was around 65°F, the large windows and constant sunlight caused the room temperature to rise to 75-77°F. Since there was no AC, I had no way to adjust it. The staff mentioned that the cooling system doesn’t work in winter, and running the fan would actually make the room hotter. What kind of hotel operates like this? I paid $650 for three nights and ended up without proper cooling. They provided an extra fan, but it didn’t help much. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Marriott.
Mar 18, 2025 · Linga GounderUpdate: As expected,2 charges posted already. One for $44.85 and one for $57.50 even though after posting here someone from the hotel ensured me through the chat that I was only getting charged $57.50. My credit card company has been notified and the charge will be disputed. (Screenshot attached). I’ve been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for over eight years, always choosing Marriott properties when I travel. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand. I booked a one-night stay using 25,000 points for my family of three and our small dog. At the time of booking, I was charged a $57.50 pet fee, which I had no issue paying. But when I checked in, I was told I had to pay another $50, and that the original charge would “fall off.” I went ahead and paid, but then, a few hours after checkout, I noticed a third charge of $44.85 pending on my credit card. That’s three separate charges for three different amounts, which just doesn’t make sense. On top of the billing confusion, the room itself was disappointing. It didn’t feel very clean—both the towels and bed sheets had stains, which is something I would never expect at a Marriott. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. And to make matters worse, our room was right next to the elevator and directly across from the ice and soda machines, so we were kept up all night by constant noise. I spoke with Taylor and Joanne at the front desk twice, and both times they assured me they would email my statement within minutes. Hours later, I still haven’t received it. I also tried using the Marriott Bonvoy app’s chat feature, but never got a response. After more than eight years of loyalty to Marriott, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I expected better, and this has made me seriously rethink whether Marriott is still the right choice for future stays. I’ll be watching my credit card statement closely and will dispute any incorrect charges if they don’t fall off.
