This resort is great, for what it is. The rooms are remodeled, so it’s clean and comfortable. The grounds are compact, but impressive, being built into the hillside. Expansive double connected pools. It’s one of those places you’ll remember visiting. Maybe not the most luxurious locale, but one you’ll create great memories at. If you’re in Phoenix and want a convenient resort close to the airport, it’s an amazing spot. My family had a wonderful stay.

May 26, 2025 · Brian MccallSpent our anniversary here and it wasn’t bad but the service and cleanliness was definitely lacking. Carpet was not vacuumed, shower was dirty, there was hair on the sink. The TV did not function properly. The pool areas were unique and scenic but in desperate need of a good cleaning. They also need staff to actually walk around once in a while and pick up discarded cups, beer cans, etc. They were everywhere! And several ended up in the pool. Don’t look like the pool furniture ever got cleaned, and this lead to lots of ants all around. This place could easily become a real gem is they would put in a little work. The views and scenery were amazing. We may give them another chance down the road but I think our next special occasion we will try somewhere else.
May 19, 2025 · Lindsay LanphereI have been coming to this resort for years. This year has been the most disappointing yet. The staff, specifically the bartender and front desk were extremely rude. The customer service was below average for as much as you pay for rooms. The elevators were all broken this evening so trying to get around was so confusing and taking so many stairs to the lobby was atrocious. Do better. Overcharged for everything and they can’t even do the bare minimum. I do not think we will be coming back to this resort anytime soon. We have been treated so poorly by staff and and not offered compensation for our troubles. This place is a rip off and not worth the money. Go somewhere else before considering this hotel. Additionally, my aunt had stayed the same weekend and her room was not properly cleaned prior to her family checking in. Wads of hair in the shower drain, fake eyelashes stuck to the floor. It was over 109 degrees and the staff did not refill the water jugs located by the pools. They were empty by noon and never refilled for the rest of the day. Multiple managers and staff were notified of how much they were falling short and nobody did anything to even attempt to rectify the situation or properly compensate.
May 12, 2025 · mThe location is great! The views, the pools! Nice staycation place! The rooms are clean and overall comfortable but it seemed difficult to keep the room as cool as desired. Would still come again.
Jun 11, 2025 · Joshua HedgecockI was there for a medical conference, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was very comfortable, the pool was large has two separate sections, the last day we were there we stayed in the more shaded section and that part of the pool had over 50 yellow jackets in the pool, drowning or drowned, I battle them, but my wife still got stung twice. We alerted staff, hoping that they would fish out the bees, their comment was we always have that problem kind of live with it, which was not what we wanted to hear, the other side of the pool, which was more in the sun didn’t seem to have a bee problem. There is a lot of walking upstairs if you want drinks at the pool, and there pool service stopped pretty early before dinner given the fact that you have to climb all those stairs. The room seem up-to-date, the carpet in the hallway seemed dated. We ate dinner last night at a restaurant in the lobby, which had great views of the city. We shared a shrimp appetizer dish and chicken quesadillas for dinner and both were delicious, we also had Old-Fashions which were delicious.
