My mother and I was very skeptical in giving this place another try due to our last visit. The power went out for the second time during our stay. The first time, it happened a few months ago, and we were left in a dark, cold room overnight. They were not willing to give any type of credit. As a business, if your power keeps going out, get a generator. Your customers should not have to pay for the inconvenience. Also, the second stay, we were charged $35 for a used thin material that covers a duvet due to a dime size spot left by the EMT that was called for my mom. It reads greed and bad business. I asked for a roller way bed for my mom because she had difficulty getting up on the bed. The hotel was cheaper then the other hotels in the near by area but cheaper isn't always the best if you're not willing to make accommodatation for your customers.

Mar 14, 2025 · DeWanda TIf I could give 0 stars I would. The night manager on duty the night I checked in was extremely rude. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times a year the last 2 years and I have dealt with him before and he has always been a little rude but that night was over the top. To start I have an ESA and when he asked me if I have a pet I informed him my ESA is with me he then said no do you have a pet and I said again I have an ESA with me. His responded snippy asking for the documentation. Staying there multiple times with her I knew he needed that and I had already sent it. He then got irritated because the PDF wouldn’t open and asked me to resend which I did and he was then able to open it. He then asked me the weight of my dog. As an ESA her weight does not matter once documentation is provided but I informed him and he stated she was too big. On the pet policy I signed no weight restrictions were listed either. I informed him I have stayed here multiple times and that has never been an issue. He got silent and then proceeded to give me a room. He assigned me to I believe it was room 111 or 110 right around the corner and I thanked him and left. When I got into the room the deadbolt on the door would not latch. As a female traveling alone my safety is my number one priority. I collected my things and informed him the dead bolt is not working. He insisted on trying. With the door open I heard him jiggle it 5-7 times and he came out and said it is working. I asked for a different room because it isn’t working and he stated there is no other rooms and I would have to pay $15 to upgrade to a double queen from a king to get a different room. (Mind you at this point it is 1:30am) I went back into the room and tried the lock again for about 5-10 minutes and realized the lock would not latch with the door shut but would if the door was open. I then gathered my things and went out to him again stating the issue. At this point he looked severely annoyed with my presence and was willing to give me another room on the second floor. He stated we like to keep all pets on the first floor. Again she is an ESA there are not restrictions on where she can be once documentation is provided. I have also stayed here multiple times with her always and have never been on the first floor. Ultimately I felt as though this might manager was annoyed by my presence because I had an ESA with me. All I wanted was a place to sleep so I could continue driving I was only at the hotel for 7-8 hours and I felt extremely unwelcomed and uncomfortable my entire stay.
Mar 20, 2025 · Kelsey SmithRoom was spacious the only thing it didnt have was a closet. Wifi did not work great. The hard floors were to my level of clean because my feet weren't dirty after walking on the vinyl floor. Good Location off the highway, service was decent.
Apr 11, 2025 · Brandy Hernandezplace was decent. clean and could see they remodeled. could use a chair or couch to sit on. Breakfast is toast, waffles or cereal along w coffee. right off the highway. its set back some but there is a sign pointing to turn. the walls were thin, could hear people talking at 5 am, but otherwise for the price I would stay again.
