Ok. There’s two mint house properties within a quarter mile of each other. Don’t do what I did and go to the wrong one. The check-in process is very confusing, but it worked for me after many cuss words. The large room and kitchen set up outweighs the confusing check-in process and parking.

For those flying in, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is approximately 18 miles (29 km) away, a relatively short drive. Feb 11, 2025 · Chris BurnsI tried to book this room online. Paid in full. Then I was sent a link to supply a photo of my drivers license. Ok, not the weirdest thing. Then I had to send a selfie. THEN I had to supply my social security number for a background check?! What in the actual F? Now I have to fight to get the money I already paid back. Always just stick to regular hotels. Never have to jump through hoops and definitely don’t have to worry about them stealing your identity!
Sep 10, 2024 · Hannah JoI can attest that Mint has the WORST check in system I’ve encountered. Booked and never received a check in link. I had to chat with a representative just to get the link, then I was on the phone and in a live chat with two customer representatives just to get the building and unit codes. I’m all for contactless hotels, I use Sonder all the time, but they’ve got it figured out. Honestly, just stay at a hotel if you’re in Greenville. This is just not worth the slightly lower price.
Apr 19, 2024 · Luis CalvoI didn't stay here after deciding on this location for a one night stay. The reasons were that after reserving, I immediately started receiving text messages requiring a "virtual check in" several days before my stay was scheduled. The Mint's process required me to submit photos of my drivers license, a $200 security deposit and then to find out they also require a background check! All for one night...Forget All That!Immediately I canceled.
