The room is bare bone... super small TV even worse because of the size of the room! No coffee pot. No place to hang a hand towel! The rooms are big we had 2 queen beds and a bunk in our room but our mattress felt old! There was a built in table spot on one wall but only has 2 chairs for the size of room! No tissue to blow your nose... not enough towels for the amount of people in the room! The hallways are nasty...the carpets haven't been vacuum in days or carpet cleaned in months!! Also plan on carrying everything to your room since there are no carts to use to get all the stuff to your room! The elevator is super crazy it jumps when you hit the 3rd floor that makes you almost fall!! The kids stopped going in the elevator! Oh yeah our queen size bed had a twin size flat sheet turned sideways!

Mt. Olympus Resort Building 21,22,23 is not a standalone destination but rather one of the lodging options available at the expansive Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort. The entire resort complex is known for its impressive scale, offering a blend of indoor and outdoor water parks and theme parks that cater to all ages. When you book a stay at this resort, you are not just getting a room; you are gaining access to a world of entertainment. This includes free passes to both the indoor and outdoor water and theme parks, often with a bonus day included upon check-out, providing excellent value for families looking to maximize their fun. The lodging buildings, including 21, 22, and 23, are situated strategically to provide guests with a place to rest and recharge after a day full of adventure. While the individual buildings may not have all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, they serve their primary purpose of providing a convenient base for exploring the parks.
The resort's focus is on providing an all-encompassing experience, where the thrill of the parks is just steps away from your room. This integration of lodging and entertainment is what makes Mt. Olympus a popular choice for many families. It simplifies the vacation planning process, as you don’t need to worry about separate tickets or long commutes to the attractions. The resort's extensive grounds feature everything from roller coasters and go-kart tracks to lazy rivers and waterslides, ensuring that every member of the family finds something they love. While the public reviews mention some aspects of the rooms and common areas, the overall value proposition of the resort is centered on the convenience and access it provides to the water and theme parks.
Mt. Olympus Resort Building 21,22,23 is conveniently located at 611 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965, USA. This central location places it right in the heart of the action, making it easy to access not only the resort's own attractions but also other popular destinations in the Dells area. The Wisconsin Dells Parkway is a major thoroughfare, so getting to the resort by car is straightforward. However, it is important to note that the check-in process might be located at a different building, which requires a short drive to your specific lodging. This is a crucial detail for guests to be aware of, especially if they are arriving with a lot of luggage or are unfamiliar with the layout of the large resort complex.
The accessibility of the resort is primarily by car, as is common for many destinations in Wisconsin Dells. The address is easily found on GPS and mapping services, and there is on-site parking available for guests. Navigating the resort itself can be done on foot, but with its large footprint and multiple buildings, guests might find themselves driving short distances between different areas of the property, such as from their room to the main park entrances. Public reviews have pointed out that a lack of luggage carts in some buildings can make transporting belongings to the room challenging. For guests with specific accessibility needs, it is always recommended to contact the resort directly to inquire about specific accommodations. The Mt. Olympus website does mention accessibility features, such as a handicap accessible chairlift for certain pools in the indoor water park, which indicates a consideration for guests with mobility limitations. The resort's expansive nature means that walking from one end of the property to another can be a significant distance, so planning accordingly is advisable.
The resort's central location is a major plus for those who want to explore beyond the property. It is close to other attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers that make up the vibrant Wisconsin Dells scene. This means that a stay at Mt. Olympus Resort Building 21,22,23 can be a base for a much broader Dells experience, combining the resort's own offerings with the unique attractions of the surrounding area.

Jul 28, 2025 · Valerie HMy family and I decided to do a one night stay here on the way home to surprise our kids. I would definitely not book here again. The room and hallways were just dirty. We ended up just driving home same day as the room smelled like urine, there was still a dirty towel in the shower, all drain plugs were shut, which now we know why, because if you open them, drain flies go into the room. The hallways were disgusting as well. Do not recommend staying even for a one night stay.

Jul 14, 2025 · Katie NanniniWe stayed in building 21. The rooms are pretty much all the same...however this building was in much better condition. There was no moldy smell from all the wet carpet. Also there was a working vending machine and ice maker Note: we stayed Thursday to Friday

Jul 15, 2025 · NETRICIA SmithI don’t recommend this at all. This building smells the rooms are disgusting. There where bugs and microwave didn’t work. Refrigerator was leaking water we had told them about it since we got here and still nothing was done. They didn’t clean our rooms. I had to throw away the garbage myself. The service sucks they never answer or care bout your issues. I’m don’t recommend this at all we paid 800 for 3 nights and it was trash waste of money!

Aug 03, 2025 · shrouk odtallahI have been visiting the Dells since I was a kid. Way before Mt. Olympus even existed. When booking online I was okay with being a little bit of a drive from the water park, but was disappointed in our building. We ended up in #21. As in previous reviews, you get what you pay for. Overall seemed clean. But that is the only thing you should expect. We came for the water park not the room. Very bare bones, no coffee maker in the room. Can hear every foot fall and conversation outside of the room. I am very thankful we came in the winter. I would never spend the money and stay here in the summer, nor will we return to this hotel next time we come to visit. We are only 2 hours from the Dells so we do come up here a lot.
