This was by far the worst vacation I have ever had in my whole life. The Nobu check-in process was smooth, but we began to have problems immediately after that we checked out on Monday and didn’t get our room cleaned until Wednesday night. I called five times and they kept telling me that the current check-in rooms were their top priority, and that they are unsure when our room was going to be cleaned. I let them know that we had dirty towels sitting on the floor, so they had someone bring us towels and a bag of random lotions and soaps, and they still left the dirty towels on the floor. We finally told them if they do not clean our room within an hour that we will be leaving after and expecting a refund for the rest of our stay. They ended up giving us $75 credit and cleaned our room after we got back from the spa. We thought that maybe they had everything under control but we were disappointed yet again. When we went to the restaurant to use our $75 credit they told us that they couldn’t find our room number and that we had to pay and that they would just take it off the price at our checkout. Again, we were pissed and knew that we could no longer trust their word. The final straw was when we went back to the room to finish our leftovers. There was a STAPLE in our food. It is not worth to stay if you want to go somewhere and relax!
For individuals searching within the "Hotels Near Of Me" category, Nobu Hotel Atlantic City presents itself as an option situated at a prominent address in Atlantic City: 2100 Pacific Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401, USA. The hotel shares the same contact numbers as Caesars Atlantic City, indicating its integration within the Caesars complex, reachable at (609) 348-4411 or +1 609-348-4411. While the Nobu brand is globally recognized for its blend of luxury and Japanese-inspired design, it is crucial to provide an objective introduction based on available information, including direct guest feedback.
Nobu Hotel Atlantic City is located within the larger Caesars Atlantic City complex, which places it directly on the iconic Atlantic City Boardwalk. This prime location offers immediate access to the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the oceanfront environment. The integration within a major casino resort means that guests have access to a wide array of entertainment, dining, and gaming options typically found within such a complex. The surrounding environment is characterized by the lively atmosphere of Atlantic City, with various shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance or a short drive. The design aesthetic of Nobu hotels typically emphasizes a minimalist, contemporary Japanese-inspired luxury, aiming to create a serene and sophisticated ambiance, even within a bustling casino environment.
Based on customer reviews, the initial check-in process at Nobu Hotel Atlantic City is described as smooth. This is a positive first impression for guests arriving at the hotel. However, detailed aspects of ongoing services and amenities, particularly housekeeping and credit redemption, have been highlighted in customer feedback as areas of concern. For instance, a notable issue reported was a significant delay in room cleaning, with a guest indicating their room was not serviced for multiple days, despite repeated calls. This suggests potential inconsistencies in housekeeping efficiency and communication. Another specific service issue reported involved the redemption of a promised credit at a hotel restaurant, where the room number could not be found, leading to confusion and an expectation for the credit to be applied at checkout. These experiences indicate that while some aspects of service might be streamlined, others may require more consistent execution to meet guest expectations for a luxury-branded hotel. Regarding general amenities, while not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews, a Nobu branded hotel typically features high-end room furnishings, premium bath products, and access to an array of dining and leisure facilities that would be part of the overarching Caesars complex, such as a spa, fitness center, and various restaurants, including a Nobu restaurant, which is a signature offering.
The defining feature of Nobu Hotel Atlantic City is its association with the Nobu brand, which is synonymous with sophisticated design, high-quality Japanese cuisine, and a distinct atmosphere. Guests choosing Nobu are often looking for an elevated experience that goes beyond a typical casino hotel. The integration within the larger Caesars Atlantic City property means guests can enjoy the benefits of both worlds: the exclusive ambiance of Nobu and the extensive entertainment and gaming options of a major casino. The rooms are expected to feature modern amenities and a stylish design aesthetic. The presence of a Nobu restaurant within the hotel is a significant draw, offering guests the opportunity to experience renowned Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine. However, based on the provided feedback, it's important to note that operational aspects, such as food quality control (e.g., a staple found in food), and the reliability of promised compensation (e.g., credit issues), have been cited as negative experiences, which can significantly impact the perception of the hotel's features and overall value. The hotel aims to provide a relaxing environment, yet the reported issues suggest that for some guests, the experience fell short of this expectation due to operational challenges.
For potential guests searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" and considering Nobu Hotel Atlantic City, it's important to weigh the brand's reputation for luxury and design against recent guest experiences. While the hotel benefits from its prestigious location on the Atlantic City Boardwalk and its connection to the vibrant Caesars casino environment, direct customer feedback offers critical insights. The smooth check-in process is a positive initial point. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding delayed and inconsistent housekeeping services, difficulties in redeeming promised credits at hotel restaurants, and alarming incidents such as foreign objects found in food. These issues, as reported by a guest, led to a perception of distrust and a significant negative impact on their vacation experience, despite efforts to resolve issues with credit. The guest explicitly stated that the hotel "is not worth to stay if you want to go somewhere and relax," indicating a potential mismatch between the brand's luxury positioning and the actual guest experience in some instances. Therefore, while Nobu Hotel Atlantic City aims to offer a premium stay, prospective visitors should be aware of these reported operational challenges. The hotel's promotional efforts would likely focus on its elegant design, signature dining, and prime location, but an objective introduction must also incorporate the unfiltered experiences of past guests to provide a comprehensive and balanced view.

Apr 18, 2025 · Amber BodrickNobu in Atlantic City is just an expensive Caesars! The check in location is small but smells nice, then when you realize you have to walk through Caesars casino & Nobu has only 3 floors in the Centurion tower, it completely loses the Nobu vibe. The room and hallway smells dirty and is just dingy and dark. I was expecting Nobu to have their own tower and live up to the expensive price tag they charge per night! Don’t waste your money. It’s nothing spectacular and we’re basically staying in Caesars for double the price!

May 17, 2025 · Lisa 18Honestly can’t believe I’m writing a bad review about a Nobu property. The rooms were not new at all. They were painted over chipped furniture that’s been there for decades. New rooms shouldn’t have drawers with massive chips on them. Housekeeping was a joke, our room wasn’t fully turned over before checking in. Hair clogged in the drain, no shampoo in the shower and quite honestly during our stay we only had one day that they restocked anything in our room. It felt like Caesars is doing what all companies love to do, cut as much staffing as possibly even when the hotel is full. I know this hotel must’ve been full because I requested to pay more for an upgraded room and was not offered it at check in. The hotel itself seemed to have bare bones staffing with lots of things closed during peak hours (rewards desks, bars, stores) so I’m sure our experience was affected by that. Was a disappointment as we brought someone for their birthday for the first time to AC. Nobody at check in even mentioned how to handle parking so we were stuck paying for parking which is insane for AC. As someone who has come to Atlantic City since childhood, this is the first time a hotel experience was so subpar I would not rebook. Not worth the money. This in no way reflects our experience at the Nobu restaurant, which was was completely different.

Apr 21, 2025 · RandyIn all honesty, the hotel and atmosphere is very inviting. What I did not appreciate was the $150 deposit for a room that wasn’t even worthy of that type of deposit. The furniture looked like an animal chewed in all corners. There was no fridge in the room which was very disappointing because when traveling, beverages/food need to be refrigerated! I had been looking forward to staying here for some time and my experience unfortunately was not the way I was expecting it to be. The only advantage staying at Caesars is that the outlet is a 2 min walk! Nobu just needs to renovate/update their rooms and please add a fridge to make your guest feel more at home when staying overnight.
