We had a great experience here. Well some of the resort does feel a little needed I felt like it added to the charm and the Nostalgia. Our room was incredibly clean even though we had a very squeaky bed and a very tiny kitchen. The staff was incredibly friendly and we'd love to the location. Would definitely consider staying here again

May 02, 2025 · Erica MilcarekOnline reviews and internal marketing emphasize the age of the facilities. In my opinion, the resort has aged well. Access is simple, with none of the traffic issues experienced by resorts on the strip. The staff are no longer forced into high pressure sales mode resulting in a comfortable, customer service oriented experience. My wife actually enjoyed her interactions with the staff rather than going out of her way to avoid them. Yes, the sound proofing between floors could be better. And the decor is somewhat dated. But the Quiet Hours policy actually improved our experience and created a more family oriented environment. I only have two suggestions. Step up the quality of the trash bags. You aren’t saving money. I had to double and triple bag to keep trash from spilling out as I carried it out. Second, improve internet bandwidth so that streaming doesn’t cause problems. Not doing so really does create a perception that the resort has ceased investing in itself and is slowly crumbling. Well, maybe that’s an overstatement. But not by much.
Apr 21, 2025 · Steve ScottWe stayed here through a timeshare, and it was cute and cozy.It is conveniently located right by Pigeon Forge around so many different places to go. They even had a free and fun experience where an employee from Parrot Mountain came for a visit with three different birds, which our family loved. My kids thought it was so cool to hold the birds. We also really enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub, and we appreciated the free washer/dryer access.
Apr 27, 2025 · Cynthia YearyI should have known I was in trouble when checking in and offered a DVD rental. The rooms are carpeted, and due to age (not cleanliness), they have a bit of a musky smell. The Wifi signal is very weak. As a result, I was unable to set up my streaming services. I generally pack an Amazon Cube. However, the additional access code made streaming impossible. The pool and hot tub both had lots of sediment and dirt in the bottom, showing signs of rarely being cleaned (skimmed maybe). The fitness center is a closet with a mirror and some small free weights. You'd have to lay on the floor, though, as there is zero equipment, including no benches. The staff are friendly although ai rarely saw anyone. The activities target the very young and those with more wisdom than myself at 43. Bingo, bingo and children's movies. The location is amazing. You are right in the middle of a million different things to do. You could walk to a number of places if you're brave enough to make the street crossing. Checking in and out is easy. The pool is unsupervised. Folks pretty much ignore the rules about splashing, jumping, making noise, and making out. One wifi compatible tv would've made a huge difference. DVD players do not make up for a lack of technology. Pools do not make up for a fitness center. Activities that include physical activity would be great. Consider offering a yoga class. It would be great for a wide variety of people and age groups.
Jun 07, 2025 · Matthew JamesThe heated pool and hot tub were great in early March. We enjoyed a lovely two bedroom condo with our friends. This conveniently located property also has a gas fire ring, putt putt, shuffle board, billiards, free DVD library, and more to make any boring days great too!
