I liked this place. Clean and affordable. The staff were very friendly. This is a great location and is way better than many of the places we've stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Most places capitalize on the tourist by jacking up their prices but never offer anything to substantiate the high prices or even take care of their hotels. These guys aren't a resort but if you're looking for fair pricing, friendly accommodating staff, and a great location, this is the place.

One guest even shared a positive experience of receiving a hassle-free refund for early checkout due to rain, underscoring the hotel's customer-first approach. While some visitors have mentioned that "the outside could use a little updating," they quickly follow up by saying, "please don’t let that turn you away," emphasizing that the comfortable interiors and excellent service far outweigh any minor exterior cosmetic concerns. May 24, 2025 · Gary N RogersI have stayed in several hotels up here and I can honestly say I would stay here every time I come back to Pigeon Forge. The double queen suite was perfect. I love that I had a full size refrigerator. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked our room for 5 nights but because of all the rain we had we decided to cut our trip short. I had no problem checking out early and was issued a refund for the 2 nights. I also loved that there was a traffic signal at the entrance which made it easy to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel is family owned and operated. As some had stated the outside could use a little updating but please don’t let that turn you away. I am a picky person about where I stay and I would and will stay here again.
Jun 01, 2025 · Meloney TaylorThis hotel had the perfect set up for our little family with a suite style bedroom and living area. The couple working (I’m assuming the owners) were the nicest people and made sure we had everything we needed. Even with so few people staying in their hotel they made sure we had breakfast every morning we were there. If you want a budget friendly place near Dollywood and in the heart of Pigeon Forge definitely check them out ♥️
Mar 11, 2025 · Staci OwensI stayed here years ago and it has been updated, at least the room I was in has been. However, the room continued to have a “sewage” odor every time the heater kicked on. The odor was intermittent but so strong it was nauseating. Our socks were absolutely filthy from the floors. They looked clean, but obviously were not. Upon check in, the first room we were given , as soon as we stepped in, smelled like a dead animal. The staff is very friendly and kindly gave us a second room however, knowing the type of odor that was in the first room did not set well with us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel in spite of extremely friendly staff, low prices and good location. We will not be back.
Feb 17, 2025 · Carol MorringBased on room cleanliness and actual appearance vs. the pictures, they get 2 stars. Stained sheets, filthy area rug. Stained and worn out couch with no cover. Spider webs in the room. Insects crawling. Thin walls and all the street noise constantly.
