Wasn't a bad stay, but the rooms could have been cleaner. The carpet was really dirty and the room had a bit of smell to it like a crawlspace up underneath a house. We stayed here for Ponies in the Smokies event. Overall it was not the worst I stayed in but the beds where nice and clean. Bathroom was really small. This place could use a nice renovation.

Apr 22, 2025 · David WhitlockRoom was clean, modern, and spacious. Bathroom was very large, shower was large, and there was an extra sink and large counter outside the bathroom in the room. Makes getting multiple people ready in the morning much easier. Had a mini fridge, coffee pot, coffee and tea supplies, microwave, armchair, desk, TV, alarm clock, clean towels and linens, basic bathroom supplies. Bed was fairly comfy. Right near all the Pigeon Forge parkway activities and great restaurants. Location was awesome. Outdoor access to rooms, fairly quiet area at night. Good rate. Would recommend.
Mar 19, 2025 · Mae RoedeAwesome location! Right on the strip but still private and somewhat hidden. A beautiful splash pad pool and hot tub open til midnight. Which also surrounds the opening of the Hotel. Awesome location!!! Can't say it enough.
May 20, 2025 · angelique mackRooms are OK, old and tiny. Bathrooms are very small and dirty, nice pool however it's open until 11 and you will hear screaming and yelling and that gate constantly slamming and banging.. Literally the noisiest place I have ever stayed in my life. Very thin walls you will hear EVERYTHING. Unruly kids allowed to scream, yell, and run up and down the walkways which it sounds like a semi truck crashing into your door. If you want sleep don't stay here. Lots of people and traffic noise..I got maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep and am mad I am out over $100. I could of slept in a car for less and parked somewhere quiet.
