The location is on a busy street so walkable to many places but consider the use of sturdy walking shoes. Businesses are spread out. It was quiet in my room though. Attractive lobby. There's an indoor pool too. The front desk staff were pleasant but when I asked for recommendations for restaurants they liked they made a point to tell me they don't hang out in Pigeon Forge due to it being too touristy. This is not helpful for the guests they serve. I am passing through and could use reliable information from locals. The rooms are accessible from the outside. I had to park across the lot for my room. This made it difficult to bring my belongings inside in a downpour. I located the coffee machine on the counter of the bathroom sink. This is inappropriate. There's also a sort of closet/ place to hang a coat or outfit by the bathroom sink too. The hooks for the hangers were rusty. The light in the toilet/bathtub/shower room could be described as dim or romantic. Take your pick. Hard to see to wash in there. Also, no grab bars. There was a complete lack of towel bars to hang a used towel. I had to use either pants hangers with clips or draping drawers. There was an ironic sign on the bathroom sink counter about conserving Earth's resources and saving water by hanging towels up to be reused versus leaving them on the floor to be washed. I did not see large refillable containers of body wash, shampoo or conditioner nailed to the wall in the shower area and likewise I did not see large bottles of hand soap and lotion that can be refilled nailed to the wall by the bathroom sink as many hotels are now doing to cut down on the use of plastic bottles. No laundry facilities for guests as it was/is being renovated. Couldn't the hotel make some arrangements with the local laundry businesses nearby? Please, Best Western, do better. Your guests and the Earth will appreciate it.

Jun 13, 2025 · Daffodil MamaOne of the best best western hotels I have stayed. Rooms and rest rooms were clean. They have indoor as well as outdoor pool along with heated pool at both places. Welcome desk person was kind and helpful. He made sure our booking a day in advance and explained all the amenities while check in. Breakfast served was so organized and plenty of options were available. Definitely recommended if you are visiting smoky mountains national park and gatlinberg area
Jun 11, 2025 · Sushil PangarkarThis Hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was very easy. The gentleman made things very smooth. The rooms were very clean no complaints there. There was only one issue. Somebody apparently flushed a towel and caused some water issues with the shower, but it was no big deal. Michelle at the front desk who checked us out definitely accommodated us and made things right since the flooding made a few of us not be able to take showers. She was very friendly and made sure we left happy! 10/10 on her customer service. Even with that minor hiccup, this will definitely be my go to place to stay anytime I visit Pigeon Forge
May 19, 2025 · Ashley SantoyoThis place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and bug free!! Beds are comfy. Inside pool was clean and fun. It's too cold right now to use the pool outside. You have the option to have them clean your room daily or just take trash and bring towels. Or to just leave you alone. The room is big. Plenty of plugs. Lighting is good. TV has so many channels. Great place!! I would stay here every time 🩷
Mar 21, 2025 · Karen KingThe hotel experience was underwhelming and not as expected. Based on photos and presentation og the hotel online when booking i had higher expectations then what greeted us on arrival. Staff had very little enthusiasm. Parking is alright. The rooms however where not good. The room was very, very humid and did not smell nice. It felt as if there was absolutely no ventilation at all. there was black spots (mold?) several places on the roof. All the different hotel room windows where covered in water/mist in the morning. AC was very loud. Very loud rooms. You could easily hear the neighbour talking outside and inside their room and people walking by outside making noise. Breakfast is probably on line with similar cheap hotels. Eggs, sausages, bread. However you could cook your own waffles/pancakes which was a positive bonus.
