The hotel is great. The reason I only gave 4 stars was our room felt damp and very humid inside. The entrance to the hotel is through another hotels parking lot but once I figured that out it was no problem. The staff was great and the rooms nice.

Jun 03, 2025 · Robin RawsonStayed here for the last night of our week long vacation in Pigeon Forge and it was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean on the inside and the out which I can't say for some of the others that I've seen. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk and made me feel welcome which was also very nice because I've ran into a few that don't make you feel that way. The shower in the room was great and the water pressure was simply amazing. I wish I had got to see what the pool was like, but of course it was closed this time of the year since it isn't spring time yet. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future as it has to be one of my favorite ones to visit. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.
Mar 17, 2025 · David BondFor the price we paid this was an excellent room. The breakfast was very good. The room was large and clean. House keeping was good and the beds were nice. The location was great for us going to Dollywood and lots of fast food nearby. The only complaint was the room was hot and the AC didn't fully cool it off. We reported it and they did something that helped but didn't fix it. Over all would recommend for a cheaper location with good options.
Apr 17, 2025 · arthur palmerService and staff were good. The rooms were great, and the bathroom was spacious. It has a microwave and fridge, free parking. It's worth the price. Very clean. The breakfast bar was good. The only downfall was that they put us next to someone who had a dog. The dog kept barking on and off. Video provided. After a long drive, we just wanted to rest/sleep but couldn't. Please do better and separate those who have animals to a different floor.
Apr 15, 2025 · Sooya xyoojI booked this hotel because I needed an inexpensive hotel for my granddaughter dog and I so we could visit Dollywood. I’m a Marriott and Hilton girl so I didn’t expect much for the price but to my surprise it was very nice and extremely clean. I don’t usually like rooms that open to the outside but I felt really safe. I was very impressed with the value of this hotel. I will definitely be back in the future and love saving money so I can spend it on experiences vs a place to sleep.
