Was here for about an hour and had a terrible experience. After checking into our room, we noticed that the wall in the bathroom was covered in dead ants. How this was missed by housekeeping, I have no clue. Requested a new room. The second room had an adjoining room and the walls were so paper thin we could hear EVERYTHING from our neighbors. This room also had ants in the bathroom. Both rooms were humid, musty and outdated. We determined that we no longer wanted to stay here and immediately left. Front desk staff were extremely rude when we were explaining the situation and figuring out what our options were. Was refunded for everything except for the first night. I understand that this is the policy, but given the circumstances, I feel as though there should’ve been a better solution. Photos are extremely deceiving. The two rooms we were given look nothing like the photos. The bathrooms in particular had so much water/humidity damage that the door was cracking at the bottom. This is essentially a motel, not an inn. I’m extremely disappointed with this accommodation and this is unacceptable for the Best Western brand.

I did all the hard work for you ladies n gents, for this price range and this location this is the best reviewed hotel. We are staying here right now, it is a beautiful quiet room. It smells good and is very clean and up to date with decor etc. we were able to pick which floor which was very nice considering we have a baby. The beds are very comfortable with extra pillows. The inside pool is beautiful and the temp is just right. The room can be easily baby proofed for your littles. We have a 10 month old, covered a few outlets and she was good to roam around! We haven't had breakfast yet but the area is beautiful, honestly even if the breakfast wasn't all that we would still love to come back here 1000% it is also very close to everything, you can walk to some places. Me and my family will be staying here if we ever visit pigeon forge again.

The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. All the staff, from housekeeping to check-in were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman checking us in went out of his way to find adjoining rooms for us since we were with another couple. The outside pool area is lovely, with a small waterfall and hot tub. The breakfast room is extremely nice. In fact, it looks either newly built or completely remodeled and has patio seating. We were there in March (tourism is low at that time) thus it was very quiet. We also noticed they had men cleaning and vacuuming the parking lot each morning. While it's not an upscale motel it's also not an upscale price. It met our needs completely. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great room for decent price. Kids loved both the outdoor and indoor pools. Our room with a balcony was really big and clean, and the place was quiet. I normally stay at higher-end hotels but we enjoyed this stay very much!

This is a good motel. I was hesitant due to I don't typically stay at best western. It is a older motel but everything was clean and well kept. I was given the option to which floor we were on. It is at the end of the strip so it is convenient for most things, not all. It wasn't noisy. And the employees were pleasant and helpful. This location felt safe.
