This place was the worst I ever stayed in. First we got one price online and got here the price was higher. We asked about AAA discount she said they only do AARP but we already was given a discount. How is that when she charged more then the price online? 2. We went to the front desk and asked for a bedspread because there was nothing but sheets on the bed. We were told they didn't have any clean. 3. The beds were uncomfortable we were in room 248 and when you lay down it rolls you to the center of the bed. The bathtub was not clean it still had hair all over the tub. This was my worst hotel stay ever. This was ridiculous. I only gave a 3 star for location because it was around a lot of restaurants and stores. Other than that they suck. The sign outside the hotel shows as Motel 6

Feb 15, 2025 · Lisa LewisKind of sketchy hotel. The exterior is a little busted and scary. I was traveling alone but felt somewhat safe. I got a room on the second floor. It was a weekend so it was pretty loud and hard to sleep. Bring her ear plugs! Room was surprisingly updated and clean. The shower was rusty and the shower curtain smelt mildewy. Plus the white towels were old and stained but appear to be clean. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised. I only paid about 60 bucks per night. They do not allow dogs even if you pay an extra fee. I believe the people downstairs actually live in some of the rooms... some had Christmas decorations out and it was already January. They were also toys in front of some of the doors and a large fridge in the room, which led me to believe that this hotel may house low income families. Overall, it wasn't horrible.
Jan 26, 2023 · Marty G (Marta)Great clean room with microwave. Bed was a bit non comfy but maybe because I don't like spring mattress. Clean towels, clean sheets. Working TV. Assisted even though I reached at midnight. No water in the room. Ar least could appreciate a good tumbler. Best thing is their location next to the valley metro. You could come directly from airport to here for 4 bucks on the metro.
Feb 20, 2023 · Mohit GuptaRoom was ok. It appeared clean when I walked in, however the room could use a very good weekly deep clean. Woke up to a cockroach on me. There was several crawling on the walls. Toilet wasn't bolted down and moved, mold around bathtub surround bathroom doors in need of good scrubbing, appears to have urine on wall next to toilet, ceiling fan and heat/ac has dirt and debris all accumulated on them. Mattress felt like some of the springs coming through. I'm pretty sure this one is upside down. Towels are in need of replacing. No longer fluffy and appears to be discolored. Remote to TV doesn't work. Asked front desk to help. Guy says to use the buttons on side of TV. Fire alarm missing, Dirty walls, spit or whatever dried on headboard phone doesn't work. Outside has trash and cigarette butts all over. The staff is friendly. Nice location, lots of riff raff nearby like the drug users asking if you are good, and pan handlers. Staff appears to keep them away from motel.
Jan 20, 2023 · Chad BrownI was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. When I pulled in several of the outside lights were flickering so I immediately thought that this place was going to be a dump. I was wrong.....The rooms are well kept, clean and very specious. The other impressive part is the owners are very polite and respectful. I woke up late and was easily 45 mins past check out before they came down (owners) knocked on the door. I apologized and told them I just needed a few more mins. Both were very understanding, smiled and said they hoped to see us again. For the price of the hotel, size/cleanliness of the room and pleasant staff.....This place is the best option in that $65-$80 price range. Thank you to the staff at hotel Mesa....You guys have a great job with the hotel. Just gotta fix those flickering lights.
