The staff were friendly and hotel seemed as expected at first. After leaving, I began to feel itchy and notice bites along my arms, hands and legs. My partner experienced the same and from that moment we knew, we got bed bugs from the hotel. Be weary of staying here. This is a very uncomfortable feeling, I am not one to leave reviews , I had to share this. I am waiting to hear back from the hotel to be refunded, disappointed. It is worth spending a bit more to stay somewhere you will be comfortable. It takes bed bugs as quick as hours and up to 14 days to notice exposure. I noticed within two days and my partner within 1.

Apr 16, 2025 · Sarah DevotiAdvertised a pool and hot tub and didn't have either!!! Front desk acted like it wasn't a big deal but definitely wouldn't have stayed here if we'd known.
Jun 12, 2025 · Kristi PolsonThis seemed to be an older hotel. The room was very clean. I loved the wooden stairs. It was quiet. The desk clerk was nice. It is located in a great area with food options nearby.
Apr 26, 2025 · OlethaStaff was great, location is convenient, and well lit. Very happy with my stay and will be staying here again. Nice breakfast, better than other places. Didn't give it 5 stars because of the hotel looking outdated. Looks like other guests have not shown respect for the property by breaking things and creating messes causing the look. This being said, had zero issues with others.
Dec 29, 2024 · Jennifer CarterHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 0/10 Quality Inn Review I noticed the lack of reviews for this hotel and felt compelled to write one regarding my recent stay at this hotel. First and foremost, we paid for two night at this hotel and to say the least it was the worst experience ever. Usually, I do not leave reviews but this level of service and lack of care for customers is unmatched. The first day we had to get switched to the last available room they had due to the room being in a very unacceptable condition. The AC unit did not work at all and as the temperature drops this is so disappointing. In addition, the bathroom to clogged so we decided to try and call the front desk. To my surprise, the phone was very dusty and was not even connected. I was traveling with women and this was so unsafe as anything could happen and we wouldn’t even have a working phone to call and notify someone. let’s not forget that the phone was very dusty and can cause allergies and bring sickness. They don’t care about customers what so ever. We spoke with the lady and she moved us into another room. We tested the AC and it worked but when we left and came back to the room later that day it was not working anymore and the room got very hot! I didn’t even sleep in the bedding because i noticed hair all over the sheets which made me so uncomfortable. Due to it being late that I got back from the event, I did not bother at that moment to notify the front desk. This was a mistake later on. The next morning, there was a spider on the ceiling and then we found a centipede on our sheets. From this, I made it my mission to go and let them know because I was very uncomfortable and just disgusted with this level of service. I immediately packed up my belongings and left out to the front. When i spoke to them they said the manager was unavailable and to send an email. The manager, Amy, response is similar to her replies to the above reviews. Her tone is very condescending and she invalidates customers experiences with no regards. She felt the need to mention and give me references on what type of bug was on the sheets which was uncalled for ,and does not justify the fact that housekeeping is not maintaining rooms nor staff ensuring the rooms are adequate before having guest stay. I would not recommend staying her whatsoever. As the previous review stated, it is so much worth spending the extra money where the staff care about the well being of those who are paying their hard earn money to stay. I wouldn’t pay for a homeless person to even stay here due to the lack of “ QUALITY” of the place. The place is also very outdated and needs a renovation bad!
