The stay here was good. The room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was also good with lots of variety. I was here on work working 11-7 shift and slept very well. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t hear anything. I left for a little bit and housekeeping came in and did a quick clean up that was appreciated. Other places I have stayed didn’t do that on a daily basis. I will come back for the price and quality of everything when I come back for work again. I ended up with a handicapped room it didn’t bother me but maybe if a family with younger child it might of mattered. I did feel safe. I have stayed another places here in Williamsport and safety was a concern. It’s nice and close to everything. I did extend my stay an extra day.

Jan 19, 2025 · Sabrina OlsonI booked on Priceline, check in was smooth and quick. The room was great, although cleaning can be a little more thorough. I found a condom wrapper, makeup stain on the comforter, and the tub could have been cleaned better. I sat in my car for a time period and watched as the housekeeper went in with a couple of sprays and never came out with sheets or go in with replacement sheets for a room that was being turned over after checkout. There were some challenges with the cards needing reactivated multiple times. The first time I was told it was due to the initial activation not being long enough when the card was activated. It was a simple fix, but this may be a deal breaker for some. The key cards at times wouldn’t open the door, it usually took 3 attempts to get the door open even though the light blinked green each swipe. Our door handle ended up coming off, it appeared to be missing a screw. We found two large spiders in our room and a pretty large roach outside of the room. Staff was excellent despite the small hiccups they have not fault in. It’s in a great location, you’re located centrally to all stores and restaurants. There was minimal noise and not much foot traffic. My significant other enjoyed the breakfast offered. For the price, I’d stay again.
Jan 03, 2025 · Jasmine AlvaradoEverything was great. The hotel was wonderful, clean and spacious rooms. Restaurants and stores surrounding you. You can eat as much food as you want and burn the calories by just walking as everything is nearby; no car needed. The Hotel Staff-Manager Annalise and Raneesha; they were awesome. They were professional, funny, and definitely lead by example. They made us feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. My company will always lodge at this Quality Inn when in the area. Thanks Again Mgr. Annalise and Raneesha. Patricia Harris, RHIT P Brown & Daughters LLC
Apr 08, 2025 · PATRICIA HARRISCleanliness is lacking. The photos are not what the facilities look like any longer. They must be very old. Breakfast was ok. The bagels are not fresh nor is anything other than maybe the waffles. The front desk employees are friendly.
Feb 28, 2025 · Mary McGoughMy boyfriend booked the room through booking.com. we got a great deal on an overnight stay. 2 minutes on the check in. The ladies were absolutely polite and professional. When we opened the door to our room it was an ICEBOX. I cut the heater on and it was blowing out air like if a senior was blowing out a birthday candle.. it took the room the whole night to warm up. Besides that the room was ok, the shower curtain could have been a bit longer so water doesn't drop out of the tub. Their provider for towels and linens can use a swap. Sheet and towels had apparent stains. I did wake up the next morning to a quaint buffet for breakfast. The young lady in the morning is an one man army as she provided food and check outs. So shout out to the woman in the morning wearing many hats to make the experience a nice one. The hotel is attached to a T.G.I. Fridays and right on the main strip of Faxon. If you're looking for an Uber make sure you get on your app at least 30 minutes before as it takes at least 15 minutes for Uber to get to you during the day. This hotel is east of Williamsport (about 8 minutes) so make sure to plan accordingly if you're visiting.
