I won't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it. I was there for four nights. We got in very late the first night; the lobby smelled like pot and the staff person at the desk reluctantly gave me two bottles of water upon asking for it. Throughout our time there, that same staff person was frequently on her phone while assisting guests, playing music, snapping fingers and singing. The lobby frequently smelled like pot; the room was not very clean and it was noisey. I give 2 stars only because the beds were comfortable and the linens were good. However, the floor of the shower was disgusting and there was some kind of goo in the handle of the refrigerator. There was peeling paint; dust everywhere and the carpet had lots of stains. I did not feel comfortable walking around our room without my flip flops on. I took a few pictures but can't seem to include them in this review. On the morning we checked out, the same staff person got into a shouting match with another customer and was outside on her phone while we waited at the counter to check out. Breakfast was just OK but the staff person working the dining room was very nice and friendly and was working hard to keep everything stocked. Some may say well, what do you want for $100/night and that may be the case. But, it could still be clean and you can still hire professional staff.

May 25, 2025 · Suzanne BoshekI’m not usually one to leave a review, let alone a bad review but this guy was so rude. We were only staying here one night. Checked in late because we were at the race. Got to our room at 10:30pm, my husband instantly checked the bed, like he always does and saw a bed bug on the top sheet. We got our bags and went back to the from and asked for a different room considering it was so late, we didn’t want to have to find another hotel. We were told they were sold out for the night. I said I would just like a refund then and we will find somewhere else to go. The guy at the front desk instantly got an attitude and said we don’t have bed bugs. I said I took a picture of it, would you like to see. Showed him the picture and he still kept saying well I know we don’t have bed bugs, I’ve worked here for ? years and I’ve never seen one. I said well good for you but there is one in our bed and I’m not sleeping in it. Like do you really think I would make that up and have to go find another hotel this late at night??

It is however, located pretty close to some busy roads so there is quite a bit of traffic but overall still a great place to stay.
May 18, 2025 · Jimmy FarmerDo not stay at the quality inn and suites in Salisbury N.C. Unless you want to be disrespected! I stayed here on May 23rd to attend my nieces graduation on Saturday . When I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room , I noticed the toilet was making noise and not flushing good , I had to be at the graduation by 7:30 Saturday morning , while getting ready , the toilet at this point was fully clogged up , so went to the graduation , upon returning to the hotel around 10am to check out and get my bag , I walk up to the counter to a girl standing there , I say to her , I’m checking out now , but just wanted to let you know that the toilet in the room is clogged up , She looks at me and says do you have a plunger ? I said no there is not one in the room , then she proceeds to say DO YOU WANT ME TO GET YOU A PLUNGER? And I said no I just spend 180.00 to stay here last night , so no I am not plunging your toilet . Then she cops an attitude and very rudely says you expect me to plunge your toilet that you stopped up ? I then told her I did not stop the toilet up , was like that when we arrived . As I’m walking away , she again says , I can’t Believe you expect me to plunge your toilet that you stopped up , I again said I did not stop up the toilet , she starts arguing with me and at the point I tell her to shut up , get my bag and as I’m leaving she says mean hurtful things to me, I have never ever been treated this poorly and disrespectful anywhere I have ever stayed in my life ! I called and complained with quality inn and suits and was told it would be sent to the general manager . I also complained to Booking.com because I made the mistake of using them to book my stay , which I will never use again ! I haven’t heard from either party ! You would think they would care a little more ! But I guess not !!!!!!!
Jun 05, 2025 · Sherry WamplerI got my room for 11/8-10. Took my kids to the Polar Express. Check in time is at 3 but we got there an hour early. Some hotel/motels let you pay extra to get in early. When I mentioned it to the very RUDE front desk lady she goes “it ain’t all about money” first off no one said it was. So we went outside and waited the hour. Then when 3 came around me and my oldest went inside to check in. Same RUDE lady. She told me she needed my ID and a credit card. Made a copy and handed me them back along with the room key. Didn’t tell us what room we was in, have a great stay, kiss my butt NOTHING! Went to the room we had to use the restroom. Toilet was slow going down. Went to the Polar Express that night. Came back another staff member was on duty. Went to the room daughter used the restroom and the toilet wouldn’t go down this time. Called the front desk to ask for help, he told me to come get a plunger I had to do it myself. I was like really? The whole stay the front desk lady was rude. They gave us 2 towels for 4 people. When we checked out 11/10 totally different lady and she was nice. Won’t come back here!
