This was the best choice in the area on a budget. I read all the negative reviews and was a little nervous, but it was fine for me. I stayed one night only. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It smelled like rug shampoo, but not in a bad way. Though it's pergo type flooring. No dog smell (It's a pet friendly hotel). Bedding was clean. Bathroom was dated but clean. Salmon colored! Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, egg patties, sausage links, a wafflemaker, quaker oatmeal, apples. Nestle juice machine and coffee. It's an older property with motel style outside entrances. There were some guys outside the rooms that may have been homeless, but they didn't bother anyone. They do get people here on assistance for monthly stays. Your mileage may vary. I would have opted for a Hilton hotel at $60-70 more if I had my lady along. The older properties are a compromise. But I would stay again on my own. Tip: check in soon after 3 so you can double check your room.

As a Quality Inn & Suites property, this hotel focuses on providing fundamental amenities that cater to the needs of its diverse clientele, particularly those on a budget. Based on standard brand offerings and customer reviews, key services and features include:
Comfortable Accommodations: The hotel offers rooms designed for comfort and practicality. While customer reviews indicate that some elements may be dated, efforts are made to ensure cleanliness. Rooms typically feature amenities such as flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, and in-room climate control. The presence of Pergo-type flooring, as noted by a reviewer, can contribute to a cleaner feel, especially in pet-friendly rooms. Bedding is generally kept clean, and efforts are made to freshen the rooms, sometimes resulting in a noticeable scent of rug shampoo, but not in an unpleasant way.
Complimentary Breakfast: A significant benefit for guests is the complimentary breakfast provided. The breakfast offerings are generally standard for a budget hotel, including items like cereal, yogurt, egg patties, sausage links, a waffle maker (a popular amenity), Quaker oatmeal, and fresh fruit such as apples. Beverage options typically include a Nestle juice machine and coffee. This complimentary meal helps guests start their day without additional expense.
Free High-Speed Wi-Fi: Guests can expect complimentary high-speed internet access throughout the property, allowing them to stay connected for work, leisure, or communication.
Pet-Friendly Policy: The Quality Inn & Suites Quakertown-Allentown is a pet-friendly hotel, which is a significant advantage for travelers with pets. This policy is appreciated by pet owners, who often seek accommodations that welcome their animal companions.
Outdoor Pool: The presence of an outdoor pool, typical for Quality Inn properties, offers a seasonal recreational option for guests to relax and unwind during warmer months.
24-Hour Front Desk: A 24-hour front desk ensures that staff are available at all times to assist guests with check-in, check-out, or any inquiries and needs during their stay. Reviewers often commend the staff for being friendly and helpful.
Free Parking: The hotel provides ample complimentary parking for guests, a practical amenity, especially given its location along a highway, accommodating cars, trucks, and potentially buses.
Guest Laundry Facilities: While not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, many Quality Inn properties offer guest laundry facilities, which would be a convenient feature for guests on longer stays.
It is important to note that as an older property, some aspects may reflect its age, such as dated bathrooms, as mentioned by a reviewer. While efforts are made to ensure cleanliness, guest experiences can vary. The hotel's accessibility to individuals on assistance for monthly stays indicates its role in providing affordable, sometimes long-term, housing solutions within the community. For travelers with specific preferences or higher expectations regarding modern aesthetics or pristine conditions, reviewing recent guest feedback and potentially checking the room upon arrival (as suggested by a reviewer) can be beneficial.

Apr 28, 2025 · troy rubrightStaff was friendly, but the room was awful. It smelled like a whole can of air freshener was used and we had to air it out. The tub was disgusting, dirty, and there was hair in it. I just took some clorox wipes to try to clean it and so much dirt came off that there was zero chance it was going to be used. The floors also felt dirty and bed spread had several sketchy stains on it. The headboard also had some dried liquid on it. The door's lick was also broken and practicly falling off the door. Because of that, I ended up not even staying the night. It was spacious but definitely did not feel clean or safe in the slightest. I understand that by going to a budget place you shouldn't expect that much, but for how much the room was and to not be at least a basic clean or have a good lock, I would not recommend staying here.
Apr 19, 2025 · Makenzie SmithIf I could leave one star, I would. I stayed for one night only, I told the secretary that I wanted to check in early at 12 PM instead of 3 PM which I was told was fine but when I got there I was told that because the lady didnt write it in her notes that the room wasn't ready and they decided to out me in another instead. Once i got in my room not only was it trashed but there was cum stains on the chair, the tub had dirt and globs of hair coming out of it, the heat didn't work AND the hair dryer was broken. I called down and the manager told me, even after seeing my room, that I couldn't switch and I was free to leave because they had "already charged me for the room" so it didn't matter and they wouldn't refund me anyway, even though it was their fault to begin with that i needed to change rooms. The manager and staff was absolutely repugnant.
Apr 15, 2025 · Sammie Leigh StyerHotel was a bit outdated on the outside, but my room was perfect. Very spacious, and more than accommodating for myself, wife and 4 kids. The pullout queen sofa bed was a great addition. The double TV's were an amazing touch that really added flare to the room. The shower was very outdated but functional. The breakfast area was a decent. They didn't have eggs, but everything else you could think of. My kids had a blast at breakfast time. My only major issue was at check in. I specifically ordered the room the day before arriving, and had the ability to choose no payment now, pay at check in. The day of my arrival the hotel attempted to take the funds off my card 3 times before my 3p check in. When I arrived I explained to the gentleman at the check in and he said " it was just an authorized hold of the funds, just to make sure the card had money to pay for the room. At the end of the day, that's no what I authorized them to do. I specifically checked pay at check in, so my card shouldn't have been authorized by anyone to but me when I arrived. He apologized and we agreed to disagree with the process. Overall I would give this hotel 5stars, and I would definitely return again and again.
Dec 01, 2024 · Zotti Da1The morning breakfast was nice and the front desk person was pleasant. But the rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting in the lobby and room. Will not return.
