This hotel is terrible. I wrote an email to Victoria Gordon, the hotel manager, as she was not on site. I followed up twice with no response. On our arrival at the airport, we had to call twice for our ride to the hotel; a 30 minute wait. I shared with Victoria how are first night was terrible by the adjoining room awakenings us after 1:00 am where we had to ask them to be quiet. I shared our air conditioner was noisy. The tub looked dirty. My wife said something to the front desk the next morning about the noise. A room change was suggested but all our belongings were out so she just ask that somebody from the hotel talk to them. They didn’t. Upon arrival to our room the next night, the people next door were obnoxiously loud again. I called the front desk who said they could call and move us in 30 minutes if the noise didn’t change. I demanded a room change, as I had no faith anything would change. I had to get my own cart to move in the hotel, as I was told no one was available. When I returned to the front desk, I requested some form of financial compensation, based on our experience. The person at the desk commented on having security to deal with issues like ours. No security was on site, when I inquired. I asked to speak to the manager, who also was not on site, and given a card to contact Victoria Gordon, which I noted I did 3 times, with no comment. Victoria and the Radisson are not concerned about you, the customer, but your payment. I should note too that on our second day, there was no towels to use at the pool. We also ate the restaurant in the hotel on day 2 and had a waitress who wanted to minimize her walking, less service for us, and did not provide an itemized bill, just a total. The Radisson should be a last option when seeking a hotel

Jun 08, 2025 · tony sNice clean, quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shuttle service. Our waitress at the restaurant for dinner shift was a sweet, friendly, older woman who brought my husband a free bottle of Gatorade because he mentioned he felt dehydrated from standing outside during his graduation. She was so nice and very considerate! My ONLY complaint was the $15.00 a person breakfast “buffet “. It was truly terrible. We only ate some of it because we had to pay for it. We found out later that there was a yummy breakfast place right across the street for half the price. Do NOT eat the breakfast 🤷♀️
May 04, 2025 · Rosemary HerringThe front desk guy (Maurice) said we weren’t allowed to do a late check out after staying for 14 nights and 15 days, we spent $2,500 on our booking for 14 nights, we will never return, he said the manager told him the night before to not allow us to stay for a late check out. We were not comped after we were disrespected. Never staying at a radisson hotel again. I was doing training for my job and thought our business would be appreciated. Show some respect and take care of your customers.
Apr 29, 2025 · Mike DavisI recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Hotel, Phoenix Airport., and it was wonderful experience from start to finish! We arrived very late after a long travel day and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The room was very clean and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service and kindness of all the staff members. The front desk staff always acknowledged us with a warm greeting. The women that worked in the bar and restaurant were so friendly. The hotel’s location was also perfect It was close to the attractions we were visiting, great restaurants, and easy transportation options. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, I admit I was not expecting the food to be so good. We also took advantage of the fitness center, and the pool, both of which were well-maintained. Also the hotel airport shuttle was a plus and the driver was so nice and gave us so many great recommendations for our stay. Overall, I can't recommend The Radisson, Phoenix Airport enough! If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
Mar 03, 2025 · PATRICIA THERIAULTTo start off the staff was extremely amazing, unfortunately things took a turn after laying in bed for 10 min. My parents and I arrived to the hotel on Friday June 13th at approximately 10pm-12am. After a long drive we were greeted by 2 staff members extremely helpful. After checking in we grabbed our things from the car and headed to the room. We got a suite so it was a bedroom with a living room. My parents stayed in the room while I took the living room. Everything seemed okay until you took a closer look into the room. 1. The bathroom floor was dirty. 2. The input for the coax cable (to watch cable TV) was broken off. So couldn't watch tv at all. I decided to connect my laptop to the TV but guess what you get a remote with very few buttons. Volume up down channel up down. Power offf on and mute. Cant change the input becuase they locked the settings. So no point in having a tv in a room unless you like to stare at yourself lol. 3. Upon opening the sofa bed. The 3 sections of the mattress were stained with god knows what. (Shit stain) i said no biggie. Ill just put a couple blankets on top and call it a night. 4.BED BUGS 🐛 NOT 1 NOT 2 NOT 3 BUT UP TO 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF THEM CAME CRAWLING FROM BEHIND THE COUCH. Best believe i grabbed my phone and recorded it. I had to wake my parents up mind you they were already sleeping at this point. Like seriously I had to wake up my elderly parents. 60+ years old. Have them get up wait for me to figure this mess out! As I stated before the staff was extremely helpful After showing my evidence to the staff, they immediately changed our room 2 rooms down. And gave us complementary breakfast (no where near any good.) Eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Valued at 15$ a person. Not worth it. McDonald's has a much better deal for breakfast. Our checkout date was today Sunday, June 15th at 10:30 am. Before checkout I spoke with an awsome manager name Victoria. I kindly asked for a discount o for the incident that occurred on the first night. Without hesitation she gladly accepted to give us a fair discount. Unfortunately, on our way home my mom in the backseat along with our luggage right next to her. As she was using her phone she noticed a red bug on her left knee. And immediately panicked. I pulled over and recorded the bug to keep for evidence should I be asked by staff for proof. I will be calling first thing Monday morning and expect for this situation to be handled promptly.
