It's a place to sleep and take a shower, can't say much more than that. The shower gets nice hot water and the water pressure is good. Pool is murky and the hot tub is no longer there. The floors in the rooms are dirty, the chairs damaged and stained. Room never cleaned in spite of asking the front desk for it. The hallways are filthy. Breakfast is okay but offers little variety. Do not expect quality when you see that price point.

The hotel boasts a heated indoor pool, which one guest found to be "nice and warm," providing a good option for relaxation or a quick swim. Feb 24, 2025 · M FrAs someone who has traveled the entire Continental US over the last decade on business as an IT consultant extensively - from places that are $69/night all the way up to 200+/night, there's a few things I can honestly say about this place. First off, it's budget friendly and clean. The rooms are mostly new and renovated (they're in the process of remodeling), super clean, and comfortable. The hotel management is kind and the desk staff is BEYOND personable! The gentleman at the front desk named Robert is literally the nicest guy at a front desk I've ever dealt with in over a decade of travels! From the most mundane of requests to the ones that matter most, Robert addresses and treats every single request like your life and enjoyment of your stay depends on it! Such a kind guy and well far past the standard/cordial "Good Morning!" and "Good Evening!" acknowledgements you get or expect at hotels elsewhere. Robert is professional, courteous, kind, and BEYOND helpful. If you're looking for the Ritz - go stay at the Ritz! But if you're looking for better than advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable accomodations that are located centrally and conveniently to all the major highways and roadways and the best bang for your buck - this is the place to stay! I'm not much of a swimmer or a big breakfast guy, but guess what? This place has both a pool and free breakfast. You won't find better value in a safe area with kind staff and cleanliness anywhere else in North NJ, trust me on that! If you have the pleasure of dealing with Robert or Austin the general manager of the hotel, you'll immediately see what I mean! Don't waste your money or cheat yourself out by staying elsewhere!
Apr 09, 2025 · John FarrellThe chair in the room was filthy dirty looked like pee, stains. The door to the bathroom hinge was broken so you had to lift the door in order to close it. We tried to stay by the pool and regardless of the signs they were throwing footballs in the pool, there were people drinking alcohol and food . It was just a lot of rowdy and my children had to leave the pool. We had 2 double rooms with two full-size beds in each They only gave us two towels per room we were requested more. They told us they were out. They were also out of towels for the pool and they had no luggage carts to bring luggage in. The breakfast is extremely small. They ran out of food, and the milk was bad. The girl at the front desk was asking for whole milk instead of 2% and they didn’t have anything other than spoiled milk. Walking through the hotel, the walls were peeling. There was mold by the ice machines which the one on our floor did not even work. The entire hotel needs an overhaul or needs to be shut down
Apr 06, 2025 · darline sotoThis is hands down the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in, period. I've stayed in many, and I certainly don't have high standards or am a germaphobe by any stretch. The lobby reeks of smoke and exhaust fumes. The hallways smell of smoke. There's garbage strewn all over the hallways. The rooms smell like smoke. All the furniture is damaged. Scratches all over the walls and the door. The lock on my door was completely busted off. Some of the external doors to enter the hotel were broken and the keypads were ripped off. The front desk was rude and unprofessional. If you try calling the front desk from your room, you literally get forwarded to India. Where they will screw up whatever you're asking them to do, as they can't speak English. Rooms have no carpet. The TV has no cable. Just shockingly bad. Get a room literally anywhere other than here.
