We really enjoyed being charged a surprise 'destination' fee on top of the cost of the room that we paid for online. A fee that is not advertised anywhere and supposedly paid for the amenities that were supposed to be included. I would highly suggest a carpet cleaner or maybe some staff training on proper use of a vacuum. Even more so, train your staff in guest services because the few interactions were horrendous. As someone who manages a hotel and as a former employee of this one, im appalled & John and Lori Guertin(the owners) should be too.

The manager at this location is amazing. Very professional and friendly. My room was spotless and my bed was a comfortable bed. I give this hotel 5 star rating for service, cleanliness, location, and comfort. The housekeeper was extremely nice and very helpful. I don't remember her name but she grew up in the area. Thank you all for everything.

READ THIS REVIEW TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE HOTEL CLAIMED I NEVER WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND SPOKE TO MANAGENT TO EXPEDIA even though I have a video!!!!! This is now going to be a law suit. This hotel stays open due to its false advertisement. The rooms don’t look like they do within the website, Google or Expedia. The showers are stained with dirty shower mats to attempt covering it up. The mattresses don’t have mattress covers on them. The room is dated and not taken care of: stains on the ceiling, chipping paint and dirty furniture. The sauna has wood boards falling out and exposed flooring. The photos make this place look nice. But it is NOT. When I went to talk to the front desk women (more than likely the owner) she stated, “I’ll bring it up to be looked at,” I then explained that based on the several bad reviews that she is already aware of these issues. She paid no attention to any of my comments/complaints. So on top of a filthy stay, management is poor. DONT BOOK HERE.

The last time I will ever stay at a hotel before reviewing the reviews on google. Warning to anyone staying here. This place is disgusting. Carpets smell like mildew and dog pee. There are stains on the beds, ceilings and carpets. The toilet, shower and sink were half cleaned w/ hairs from previous people all over the shower walls. The shower head fell off while I was showering... The extra amenities were not well taken care of - pool dirty, sauna in shambles and broken. This place looks nothing (and I mean nothing) like the photos. Management did absolutely zero to remedy this. They sent a maid to my room, although the sheets returned to the bed had more stains on them and obv the smell still remain but now with a flower sent. Every other hotel was booked for the weekend, otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else. They had no other rooms available and refused to give me a partial refund. The owners of this hotel are scammers. They don't advertise the rooms in their current state, and they refuse to refund when unable to fix their accommodations. Terrible there are people like this in the world now adays. Best of luck if you stay at this dump of a hotel.

The rooms you see on this site is NOT the room you will get. You will get a run down, stinking, mildew smelling room with a mattress made of rocks. They are using comfort inn photos for their room photos. The carpets are filthy. Don’t walk in bare feet on them. If you do decide to stay there make sure to bring your own shower head because the ones in the room will make you feel like you are getting stabbed with tiny little needles. And you have to beg for towels for your room and the pool. Which by the way is not heated. It’s freezing cold. And the hot tub is filthy. Make sure to shower after being in it.
