Overall a great stay and would come back. Check in was very smooth even though it was a bit late at night. Very nice people at the front desk. Plenty of parking with multiple entrances to the facility. We intentionally picked this hotel since the suites have 2 individual rooms (and individual bathrooms/showers) and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was useful (missing a few things/in room ice maker wasn't working but you can't really complain too much). I was worried the rooms would be run down and dirty but thankfully they were fine (and I'm super picky). My one major complaint was the carpet in the living room could probably go for a replacement or at least a cleaning (a few parts of the property were dated and showing their age but everything was maintained and clean). It was the same way in our second suite a floor above and I thought fresh carpet in the rooms/halls would take the hotel to a much higher tier. At one point our keys stopped working and we needed to get replacements but they were very nice about getting us new ones. Overall, great property, great location, really good budget option for the money (especially since it's almost like getting 2 rooms in 1). If you're traveling with a larger group/family/friends this is the go to spot and we'll be coming back again.

Feb 09, 2025 · Nick CThis place is so disgusting; I have no idea how it is getting five-star ratings. The hallways smelled. The rooms smelled and had stains everywhere. The kitchen floor was sticky. The check-in lady had a bit of an attitude. The guests who stayed there were very suspicious. This place is overpriced for the quality of the hotel.
May 18, 2025 · Mr. LeGrandI never felt so dirty in my life. I stayed at multiple Sonesta hotel. This one was far most the worst. I asked for the regional manger to contact me who was in charge of that location. Of course the staff were so rude I should them the photos and was told it’s not much they can do. POOR service. . I asked multiple times for a refund for the 1 hour check in and check out early. There were roaches crawling out of the bed and the microwave. The carpet was filthy and the couch. The hotel smell like every room been smoked in. That was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in.

Bathroom door broken and unable to close 4.) Bodywash empty and not refilled 5.) Front desk staff wanted me to leave and get soap from front desk instead of taking to me 6.) Mattress was old and sinking in at the head 7.) Room smelled old and musty 8.) Had similar room can at Candlewood with $75 deposit, complementary water and modern kitchenette. This kitchenette was old and musty 9.) Why are we even paying for parking???
Jan 16, 2025 · Safeeyah DavisWhen we arrived, it was nice on the outside. Inside was another story, the hotel was dirty. They do not sanitize after a customer leaves. They change sheets if they have them cleaned. Our room was a shocker with the stains everywhere. Oh yes, there is a parking fee to stay there. Rip off!
