Marriotts are my go-to. The first room they gave me was a no-go. Housekeeping missed a few items. The front desk staff were first and foremost embarrassed. They immediately apologized and gave me a new room. It was as expected. Clean and comfortable. A+. I'll be back.

Although we were given great customer service, we wish the rooms were a little more cleaned. To begin, the sheet to the bed was put on inside out. There was crumbs and “trash” still left behind on the floor, almost like they didn’t vacuum the floor at all. There were also dust, crumbs and trash left on the side table next to the bed. The hotel is fairly new so the room sizes were pretty decent and comfy although the walls are very thin. If you bring children’s, be prepare to get noise complaints. They do serve breakfast, nothing special. Besides all that, their customer service made our stay a good stay. Will reconsider booking here again in the future.

The front desk staff was amazing, especially Alana and Sandra. The hotel is located within walking distance to Costco, TJ maxx, Ross, Ulta, Five below and a variety of eateries. The room accommodations are spacious. The beds are okay, but the pillows are floppy. The environment was clean. The workout room and pool area is small. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Don’t stay here if you have kids. They hate kids and I think people in general. Adults were outside and quiet and worker was going to call the cops. Room wouldn’t cool down to less than 75 degrees even after 4 calls to maintenance. Breakfast ran out of everything an hour before time was done. Not one employee was kind. Will definitely not be staying here again.

The staff is great and the rooms are clean. I wish I could rate higher but I am still mad at the management team. I have about 90 hotel stays a year for 25 years so have some experience with the rooms. My room wall control until for the AC was not working. I went to the front desk and they would have maintenance look at it tomorrow. I had no control of the room temp but managed to get the controls at the AC unit to run the loud fan for the night. Maintenance checked it out the next day and left a note not to use the wall controls and use the main AC unit controls. The problem with that is that the temp control is not working and the fan runs loudly. If I shut it off then every 30 minutes it would try to cycle start 2-3 times all night (unit flashed an AU fault on the display panel so thinking it was looking for the wall controls). So very little sleep again. I talked to the front desk in the morning and that night I was greeted to a letter from the manager explaining how AC units are normally loud. WHAT??? they are not that loud and can control temp when working right. Anyway the next day maintenance was working on the unit at 4pm when I got back to room. The parts he ordered did not fix the issue or did a call on the setup to the AC rep. He apologized and said he would have to order more parts. He also offered to ask to get me a new room. The management did not offer even though I'd been to the desk three times. At this point I've had 3 nights of very poor sleep because of the loud AC unit that did not control temp. It was not worth moving all my stuff for one more night. My biggest issue aside from the malfunctioning AC unit is the letter from management telling me that the AC unit noise is normal. The wall unit controls did not work for temp and maintenance spent two days trying to repair. So by your letter (I kept it) I can only assume this is the way all your rooms AC units work. Again hotel staff is excellent and hotel is very clean. I took a video for the sound that I had to put up with all night unless I turned it off but that would cause it to try and cycle every 30 minutes or so, but unfortunately google photos won't post right now so imagine a car engine fan running next to your bed and that is what I had. I'll probably stay here again but make sure to get a different room as the working staff is wonderful.
