It was ok. It was clean and that's important. The rooms were small and they used some unique design for the closet space, which was interesting. We didn't use the closet, but I thought it was creative. It was generally clean and up to date. The service was fair, with a decent hot breakfast. I did feel like I was an annoyance to one of the staff, but just one of them, and she was still restrained in her annoyance, but I felt uncomfortable asking her for anything. I did end up asking her for some towels in the pool room so I could get back up to my room without getting the entire hotel wet, and she told me she only had two hands and would get them to me soon. She smiled when she said it, but she wasn't joking. I think she was generally overwhelmed the whole time I was there, and it made me not want to ask for things. They sent me a welcome text message upon arrival and told me I could contact them through that, but when I did, they didn't respond. I asked for more towels for my room and earplugs, but I didn't even get a polite "sorry, but no" from them. They just didn't answer, and by the time I got back to my room at the end of the day, I realized I needed to ask for something else and so didn't want to overwhelm the staff working by asking for the room towels as well. The reason I had asked for the earplugs is because the hotel is located RIGHT BESIDE a large highway and the sound of the traffic was loud in the middle of the night with some construction vehicles travelling slowly to their destination. Also, maybe our room was close to the water heaters in the building, because they turned on and off periodically sometime on the middle of the night too. I didn't sleep well for the noise. Overall, it was ok. Pros: Definitely clean. Breakfast was good. Cons: location near a highway, and the staff seeming overwhelmed or annoyed.

May 04, 2025 · Christian PerezThis location is excellent for the price. Nice pool, great hot tub, breakfast is A+. it’s a hotel like all others, so sometimes issues crop up. Staff know how to troubleshoot and provide excellent customer service- I’m particularly thankful for Leo and the day manager who is there all the time (and whose name I do not know). People be posting about the location; I have had no issues whatsoever and feel right at home. Thank you Hampton Inn northwest!
Mar 31, 2025 · Mathew KellerSuper sketchy disgusting hotel. Mold by the AC unit, general cleanliness is not good. Cleaners could give 2 shits. Found spots of blood on my blanket, hair in the shower, carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed in 2 weeks, sticky floors. DO NOT STAY HERE. Employees at the front desk were nice but man this is not it. Woke up to someone blaring music at the wee hours of the morning both nights I’ve stayed. There are constantly sketchy characters hanging around the lot. Cleanliness would be a 0/5 for me.
