Just spent the weekend staying in Nashville and had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. What truly set it apart was the amazing quality of service received from staff. From the moment I arrived, staff greeted me warmly and were there to help! Mike - thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me with a slightly early check in after a very long red eye flight, you saved my bacon! Melinda - thank you so much for the late night chat and recommendations on the Cook Out menu (my Canadian brain couldn't fathom the amount of options!), I pray your dream of opening that super rad metal venue comes true! Ela - thank you for being so kind as I was checking out, offering to stow my bags and assistance with airport timing. Amber - thank you for the BBQ recommendations (even if I didn't have time to go) and more importantly, from one nerd to another - the suggestion to walk Belmont's campus was A1, got loads of great pics of the architecture!! Wishing you all the success as you wrap up your degree and hope to see your name behind some gorgeous buildings one day 😊. Finally - special shoutout to the cleaning staff for ensuring everything was always top tier and well taken care of!

Jun 04, 2025 · Brock LallaBig skip if you have kids with you, the staff is very nice and that is the only positive. Elevators sound like your going to plummet to your death, rooms are beat up, separate toilet and shower area that sits a foot from beds, and road noise from outside is all night long. If your a bachelorette party it’s probably fine and you will see a ton of those groups but if you have kids it’s a hard pass.
Jun 01, 2025 · Joshua SwansonThis place is very hit or miss and would probably have given more stars if the check-in process/person was anywhere near friendly and helpful. Room was OK. However the "suite" is a HORRIBLE layout with a bathroom/toilet literally 2 feet in front of the bed.
Mar 21, 2025 · Blake HGreat location, staff is great, well priced, room finishes are a little dated, I was glad to see there was a fridge and microwave in the room, great breakfast and coffee center. We will definitely be back!
Mar 11, 2025 · Frank LeijaClean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. A nice hotel that seems to focus on getting the basics right. We would stay here again.
