Stayed one night. The room upon entering smelled like smoke so my boyfriend had to get a candle to mask out the smell. The showers were not kept up with, there was soap scum and looks like the floor needed a good scrub. The channels were a bit too complicated to guide through. No guide was present in the room for it to help us. But other then that I was convenient stay.

May 30, 2025 · hailey mendozaStayed there two daya ago. I went in open minded but was completly disappointed. My disappointment started even before I was checked in. I arrived at 1:30 with a prepaid stay. I was told that unless I was willing to pay $25 I couldn't check in till 3. I have stayed at multi-million dollar resorts that don't squibble about an hour and a half but a Motel 6. Whew. So, we go into town anf come back later. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. No elevators? What the?? O.k. Went up to the room. The AC was cranked, the room had a musty bowling alley smell. It was supposedly a non-smoking room but I'm guessing that wasn't enforced. The walls were paper thin and the people in the next room sounded like they were in our room playing Playstation all night. On a sign in the front office it clearly states, "No fixing cars in lot." but there right in front of 135 were people under a hood messing with a car engine. This was a journey for my family and I. We stayed in several hotels and this was by far the worst. But wait, just when you thought, how bad could it have been, some teenage boys were riding their bikes around at 2 am knocking on doors. Stay away. Sleep in your car. Take a shower at a truck stop.
Mar 21, 2025 · Jim NeundorfGreat considering the price of the room. AC could've been cooler. Only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Missing phone from the room so we couldn't call the front desk
Jun 12, 2025 · Judy WrenI ordered a non smoking room/ the room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was burn marks in the shower. There was burn marks in the sheets. There’s black mold next to the shower. The toilet seat moved. I almost fell off. The kitchen drawers were broken. There was a missing drawer in the chest of drawers. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. We had gotten dropped off there and was exhausted because we had been moving for four days. I had to stay the night. I checked out this morning and they wouldn’t give me a full refund despite the conditions of the room. I took pictures of everything it was absolutely disgusting. It was like a crack motel. We had stayed here pre-Covid and it used to be really nice. I don’t know what happened to it. It’s in a good location. The staff is pleasant considering the guy that checked me in was dipping during my check-in that was a turn off, but hey, I try not to judge people, but the room was deplorable. I came to red roof Inn as I was bringing my clothes and my pillows into this room. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. I need to launder all of my things. I can’t imagine what I smell like. Landscape rocks in front of the rooms. Definitely not handicap accessible. Extremely disappointed, wasted, money, horrible horrible experience do not stay here!
May 16, 2025 · Angela IbarraMy girlfriend from California came to visit San Antonio due to the location being next to airport it was a convenient location.. The room given to us was supposed to be a non smoking area but was far from that… We asked the front desk for another room which was not as bad but had an odd odor… We payed for 4 nights but we only stayed 1 due to a staff member of the hotel opening and slamming my door open ,stopping him was a bolt lock which kept him from seeing me half naked considering I had just got out the shower and my girlfriend standing near the bed half dressed as well.. We left early around 10:45am and spoke to the front desk for a refund which we have still yet to receive… worst hotel experience ever…not recommended at all…
