May 25, 2025 · Silvino CostaWorst hotel I’ve ever stayed in only thing good about it was the proximity to six flags. Will NOT be coming back!!!! The room was completely gross and had bugs and look like it hadn’t even been cleaned prior to us. The neighbors next door played loud music until 2am and the free “breakfast “ option was only coffee and 2 different kinds of cereal that’s it!! We picked this place because it had free breakfast option but now we have to go spend extra money somewhere else to eat. Don’t waste your time and money!!!
Apr 09, 2025 · Roxanne ShelbyI see a lot of bad reviews, but this hotel was fine, nothing wrong with it. I received good reception checking in and out. The room was okay, sheets were clean, and the room/hotel had all the expected amenities. I gave 4-star only because I'm on flights weekly traveling the U.S. and stay in lots of hotels, and some have gorgeous decor, keeping the room decor up-to-date, so naturally they'll get the 5-star. I will stay there again if I'm back in Austell.
Mar 10, 2025 · Peter BurgerPlace is horrible. Rooms are nasty and have a bad presence. Also the doors don’t shut correctly. The blinds have holes there was a lot of noise in the parking lot. When you opened the faucet the water was brown. I talked to front desk and was told there was nothing he could do about it. If you want to have the worse experience of your life rent here
Apr 23, 2025 · frank san martinWe checked into this hotel and the rooms are filthy and smelly. The sheets have been slept on and dirty. The owner is refusing to refund our money back. They gave us another room and it was the same way. Beds had been slept in, in both rooms. They charged me $90 for pulling the bed linen back on the beds and got mad at me because I showed them. The representative at the front desk was rude and really didn't care about the week being and the safety of the guest. She claimed there wasn't a supervisor on duty but kept texting the owner instead of calling them to resolve the issue. I'm asking the Health Dept to go out to this hotel because there was a needle in the bed in the first room.
